Decent by the standards of the island, but just like Cozumel in general - not worth the time
If one makes the mistake to wast etime going to Cozumel like I did, staying in this hotel is an option that at least provides beach access. The beach in qiuestion is dirty and neglected, but it is there. Every other beach on Cozumel costs stupid amounts of money, USD $20 per person on average, and looks as dirty and useless as the one in the hotel. The satff memebrs were mostly pleasant, however the way they dealt with the misleadingly advertised USD $200 "property credit" should be illegal, it deifiniteyl is in civilised countries. Food and drinks are terrible and mostly unconsumable.

Amazing experience
My husband and I loved everything about this hotel! Everybody was so welcoming, we felt right at home! The service was a 10 star, food was delicious, the beach beautiful and clean! We appreciate the water activities they offer!

Great Beach
Not many resorts on Cozumel have their own beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great value!!

Not a 5 star hotel
Definitely not a 5 star hotel but the staff is great and do their best to make you happy. You won't go hungry but the food is not really good. We rented a vehicle for our stay and ate in town everyday.

Great staff, poor resort
The staff was amazing. Arby, Diego, Miguel, Giselle and Juan were all engaging, kind, and provided accommodations for our group. Unfortunately, the resort itself was lower quality than anticipated. The food was not great and due to Sunnyside being all outdoors we became swarmed with bees. The pool would be very dirty by the end of the day. Rooms were nothing too special.
