My home away from home
This has been I want to say like the 10th visit and yes aome things have changed vibe is a bit different but personally we had an amazing time. We go back because they treat us like family. I want to say thank you to Yesenia who kept our room spotless thank you to the gentleman who refilled our fridge kept us hydrated. To Luisa at Coco Cafe for remembering my husband order after just 1 day and always serving us with a smile. Ana for always being happy to share snacks in the afternoon. To Gus for going out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. To Miguel and Omar at the beach for treating us like royalty. To concierge for making my room look so beautiful at the request of my honey. The bell boys for always helping us. We keep choosing Sunscape because of the service we get when we get there Thank you

This resort is in need of major renovations. While our room was spacious and has a wonderful view. The fridge was in need of replacing and was restocked only 3 of the days we were there and ice only because I phoned. Found out that the seaside grill wasn’t open every day. As we were there in the off season no reservation was required but never knew when it was open. The food at the buffet was good but not very hot. The service was very good. The entertainment was not bad Linette was very upbeat and fun

Look, I know it's a smaller older hotel. But it's still great. Staff kicks ass, food is delightful, entertainment staff bust their butts... if you have a family this is a great low cost option. Staff shoutouts....
