    Loved my vacation here

    My vacation was 10/10. I felt very safe and welcomed. The hotel was clean and beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Family atmosphere, not drunk spring break college students. Food was excellent. The beach sand and water were amazing! Loved it all!

    Perfect Stay in Cancun

    A very wonderful experience for my first time in Cancun. The staff and crew are all so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very laid back, the room is always clean, towels fresh and fridge full! Excellent value for money. The buffet is just delicious and the servers are always there to attend to our needs. The specialty restaurants are a must-try! We went to Viaggo and Casa de Rosa. Special thanks to Raul, Enrique and Josue, our server at Casa de Rosa. Every night is made more memorable with Antonio, the very dynamic events manager, and his fun-filled activities for all the guests. The bellboys are very accommodating by helping us carry our things from the cab to the lobby. Thank you, Hector and Angel! I highly recommend the place for family and friends alike.

    Dinner at Casa de Rosa

    Josue offered an outstanding service. Extremely careful and professional. We enjoyed a great dinner, and he offered great advice on the wine list and history about the wines, making sure we enjoyed something within our budget. Guillermo, the sommelier was just as exceptional. He offered great advice and outstanding service as well. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The restaurant was not too noisy at all. Overall, a really great option!
