    Great animation- needs improvement on other stuff

    Hello!! We were 2 girlfriend with our 2 kids. Overall we had a good time because qe are not difficult but there are definitely things that need improvement. First of all, thanks to these people who made our trip great - kids club (wow) - Candy, Luciana and basically everyone, I apologize I cant remember everyones name - Guest service - everyone was great but special thanks to Samuel who made our check in super easy - Room cleaning - Ingris, thank you for your service! :) Animation is a big wow , i had never seen animation like that and activities like that at the kids club! Theres always somethiny happening! Beach party on sunday was awesome!! Service at the mexican and italian restaurant was good! I had a great help when needed from people that received zero tip, gardeners, cooks… We loved the layout of the resort, everything is central and even though we were in building 11 it was easy even with two little kids On the more negative side …. - a few rooms are renovated but the one we had was old and not grest at all and smelled like mold. - service a bars is VERY long and most of the bartenders have a pretty bad attitude and long faces… - at the buffet if say half the type it was horrible (cant get coffee or water even after asking 3 times) and the other time it was great. I assumed it was because they had two teams because it couldnt be so different like that with the same staff. Beach is FULL of algeas the water is not clear at all but theres nothing the hotel can do about that Overall, we had a good time because we were only looking for a vacations with our kids and they loved it. We chose the hotel based on the reviews about the kids club and it was way better than our expectations. If you are looking for something cleaner and fancier, this is not the place, if you are looking for a fun time and are not too picky, definitely a good place to stay!

    Nice Place

    Over all, the resort is clean and people are friendly. We upgraded to Sun Club which was a great idea. Close to pool and beach. Quiet. Room had an odor to it but house keeping was great. The Bali beds on the beach, we rented for the week but when we came out after being away, they rented our bed out again which I don't know how they can do that when it is already rented. We were upset about that. So make sure you have towels on your bed every morning or they will double dip on you rental. Over all, I would go back.
