EXCELLENT TRIP
I Will Definitly come back! THE WHITE BOX was excellent ! ENRIQUE CRUZ (WAITER) AND NORA VAZQUEZ (SUPERVISOR) WAS GREAT! We had NEW YORK STEAK AND The mash potatoes tasted home made and we also had BEEF which was like PRIME RIB and it was GREAT as well even the sauces were good. THE PRESENTATION OF THE MEALS WERE BEAUTIFUL. Actually we were trying to decide if we wanted to eat there and ENRIQUE Encouraged us by saying you will not regret it...and we did'n't regret it...we're going back Tomorrow for breakfast and lunch.... Oh the beef was so tender it fell of the bone..... Our room was a basic room not expecting an ocean view, But when we got to our room we had a full ocean and pool view...IT WAS SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL!

wouldn't stay again
We had very high hopes for our first family trip (we have traveled previously but without our kids) Check in was confusing because of the two resorts on the same property. Once we got to the Oasis Palm check in it went well. We were hours past our estimated arrival time so we quickly went up to our room to drop off our bags and get changed so we could get our kids some supper. We headed to the small buffet and were very disappointed in both the quality and quantity of the food. That was the only time we ate at the small buffet. The morning buffet at the sens was very good but the supper options again were lacking. Most nights our children ate fruit loops. It was the first resort I have been too that everything was always an upgrade. They are constantly trying to sell you bottles of wine. There is also only some items you can order off menus without being charged for them. Also depending on what resort you are staying at made some restaurants are unavailable to you. The rooms are quite outdated but I can overlook that because it was clean and we mostly are only in the rooms to change and sleep. Our patio door was incredible hard to close and there was no outdoor handle so we were unable to close our door completely when sitting out our balcony. You could not push it from the outside because it was incredibly sticky and we even tried to wash it off and couldn't. The AC was ice cold. The pools are freezing cold. The swim up bar on the Oasis side was always empty because it was so cold. Not many kids in the pools because of the temperature of the water. Also very limited seating near the pools and the beach. Most of the time the chairs remained empty the entire day but claimed with towels. If you don't reserve a chair by 8:30am you will not get one. The staff was great. We had get service from the bar tenders and the waiters at the restaurants. The cleaning staff did a great job cleaning our rooms but even when asking it was had to get the fridges restocked. If you are booking excursions, make sure you book through the resort. They were GREAT. Do NOT book through sunwing (nexus tours). We had nothing but problems with them. Any excursion we booked through the Oasis tours went exactly as planned. They have staff there from pick up until late in the evening so any issues that could occur can be handled right away. We were told our sunwing excursion we would be picked up at 6am and they never came. Unable to reach the rep until he arrived at 8am by then we missed the entire tour. Even though we did not book through the Oasis reps they were trying to help as soon as they realized we weren't picked up so we booked the rest of our excursions through them.

Family vacation Grand Oasis Palm.
Nice resort, plenty of food options. Staff were Amazing!!!! My 8 year old loved it and didn't want to leave. The only downside is that it is mainly for younger kids under 12, my 15 year old was bored most of the trip. For excursions book with Jorge Chan at the towel desk, great guy and gave a very good price for everything we wanted to do. Stay away from the guys on the beach trying to sell excursions they always over priced especially the company FUNTASTIC ADVENTURES.....(stay away).

Wonderful bartender
My husband and I had some drinks at the bar thwt Uziel works at and he had great customer service and his cocktails are exceptional. He made sure we were taken care of and checked on us frequently. We will visit the resort again in the future.

Think twice before you go!!!
On check in we was waiting for 40 minutes , because person on front desk cant charge our credit card. keep saying us that credit card is not working, We trying 2 different cards and not of them not working. Untill manager came and explain him that he was using American Express credit card machine instead of Visa/mastercard machine. Was fun for everybody except us. Property under constraction , very noise all day long. Food discusting, mostly vegiables. Wine undrikable att all. If you not tip to the waiter they not seeing you at all. All barmens and waitresses a vey rood. We book one of the propert fancy restaurant the say that house wine id not available and you have to purchase for additional cost.
