Third visit to Zoetry 🥰
This was our third visit to Zoetry. We originally visited Zoetry as a potential wedding venue and loved it so much that we booked our wedding here for 2024. Our wedding was unreal and obviously we are bias but all our guests have said it's the best wedding they have been too- mainly because Zoetry is just stunning! We were spoilt with a stay for our Anniversary this year. The improvements to service over the years are clearly noticeable. Our wedding guests had some issues with slow service in the main restaurant and pool bar the day after the wedding last year but this year we had no wait at all for drinks or food. Every time we have visited we have truly been spoilt by all staff. Zoetry is the perfect place for a relaxing weekend away and a complete switch off. Zoetry is remote so if you want to see more of Mallorca- car hire is recommended. If you are here for more than 2 nights it's definitely worth paying for the endless privilege package. Please don't let negative reviews on here stop you from visiting as it really is a wonderful iconic place. 100% worth booking a meal at Andreu Genestra (on site) - we were blown away by the food and both agreed that it is the best Michelin Star restaurant we have dined at. The Sommelier was so knowledgeable and helped us choice from the extensive wine menu. We are already thinking abour next trip back 🥰

Wish we had stayed longer
What a beautiful hotel. We were completely taken aback by the grounds of this hotel. The historic nature and the preservation of the site , while providing all the modern comforts was quite remarkable. We only stayed here one night as we were visiting multiple areas of Mallorca. We wished we had used this hotel as our home base for the entire trip. It really is a special place! Beautiful grounds and rooms, wonderful spa and restaurants and an overall special feel to the place

We went here twice but not anymore...
Positively experienced: - location in general. - pool and pool bar. - friendliness of (most) staff. - relaxed atmosphere. - quality of the food at the pool bar and at breakfast. - Friendliness of staff at the Spa. Not positively experienced: - State of the room was poor / unacceptable (deferred maintenance). - Chaos at breakfast/dinner (staff not in control, poor availability of wines). - Quality of dinner inconsistent and rather limited. - The 'personal' service is overrated and actually not there. - App not working 80% of the time. - Feedback not adequately followed up, we felt not taken seriously. - When facilitating groups, the other quests suffer.

Nearly incredible…
It’s a truly stunning place, with some incredibly unique architecture. The staff are super efficient and helpful and the food is truly excellent (if you close your eyes as you sign the bill!). Everything is expensive, but I guess you have to accept that you are paying good money for a good product…and then a little more again for the ambience. Sadly it just lacks the little touches, of which there are some in fairness, to make it truly incredible. There was a nice glass of fizz on arrival and some lovely complementary treats in the room for example but a lot of the other easy customer wins are sadly missing. The spa treatments were fairly mediocre and hugely poor value for money at a staggering €130 for 50mins each. In April, the outdoor pools are cold which is to be expected but perhaps make sure the indoor pool isnt equally freezing to please your guests. Many of the spa facilities werent working or in poor condition (showers, jacuzzi buttons in main pool, mouldy changing rooms etc). The spa felt the poor relation in an otherwise perfect setting. The tired vegetable patch and football pitch are more detrimental than they are complementary but the truly stunning chapel, windmill and general architecture make up for all of that. If Zoetry could walk in its customers shoes a little more, it would make for a perfect experience. Thank you for making our 10 year anniversary a beautifully memorable one. 👍

Architectural feat.
Stunning views and attentive staff and the design of the facility is perfectly aligned with the environment affording wonderful views of the Mediterranean. Dining alfresco overlooking the sea is a joy. The construction of this complex is a feat to be seen.
