The service and experience weee great. Jaime and Andrei led several fun activities to keep it fun and engaging! Highly recommend!! The resort shuttled us into town to experience the culture of the area. It was very safe and friendly. 5 stars

The Food, Views & Rooms - Top Notch!
I took my daughter to celebrate her 21st birthday and Zoetry did not disappoint. (Mind you, we're not the partying type, more of a chill, eat, enjoy.) This is a small boutique property making it easy to get around. It's beautiful for sure, but the food and people are the standouts. The food far exceeded our expectations. Lattes and pastries in the morning were divine. Grilled shrimp tacos were ordered at the pool and room service multiple times. The restaurant by the water was exceptional! My daughter does not eat dairy and most meat, so food is usually an issue. She said the food on this trip would be what she remembered most. I would come back!

Everyone was extremely hospitable and made our experience even better.
From the moment we arrived at the resort, we were met with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. Every staff member we encountered, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was not only comfortable but truly memorable. It was evident that creating a welcoming atmosphere was a top priority, and their efforts made all the difference in our overall experience. What stood out the most was the personal touch in every interaction. Whether it was a friendly smile in the hallway, helpful recommendations for local activities, or prompt assistance with any requests, the staff treated us like valued guests, not just visitors. Their attentiveness and care made us feel right at home, even in a setting as luxurious and serene as the resort. The resort itself was stunning, with breathtaking views, clean and comfortable accommodations, and top-notch amenities—but it was the people who made our trip unforgettable. Their hospitality enhanced every aspect of our stay, turning a simple vacation into a meaningful and relaxing getaway. We are truly grateful for their kindness and would gladly return in the future, knowing we’ll be in good hands.

Great weekend getaway in Zoetry
Activity guy Jamie is really awesome. He is patient, friendly, and considerate. I had a great time. Fabian is also helpful with preparing my flower order in the room. Nelly, the check in lady, is really organized and polite. The only downside is the wait time for dinner at the restaurant. It took a while to get our food. Other than this, everything else is perfect.

AMAZING
What a wonderful stay at Zoetry. Here with my family for a wedding and the staff was unbelievably nice, personable and accommodating. They felt like family. Tons of events to participate in and the pool was perfectly calm yet fun. We will be back. Will always remember my guys, Oscar, Arik & Jamie - thank you for making us feel like family! ❤️ See you soon!
