  Service Is #1 Here!

Per usual, the staff at Zoetry was wonderful and welcoming. The hubby and I had six dif treatments at the spa, and Luz, Margarita, Liliana, Joceyln and Rocio took good care of us Daniel, Victor and Fidel at the pool were very attentive to our group of nine. Caesar and Mari at El Arroyo restaurant were great servers; they were fast and had a great smile every time they helped our large group. Manuel at the front lobby, thank you for taking us on the golf cart when needed. We can’t wait to be back next year!

  Vamos!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Service was top notch, most of the food we ate was well above average for an all inclusive. Location was well positioned between the two towns.

  Great Property -Horrible Management

We spent a week at this Property earlier this month. Property is beautiful. Grounds are immaculate. Food and drinks are “off the charts great “. Views from the rooms are spectacular. The only problem with this property is the Front Desk and Management.. So Mexico is well known for tourism scams… I understand and expect that. But I didn’t expect that at a Hyatt property. While I won’t go into the details because it’s long and boring the front desk ripped us off to the tune of $450. It’s a fairly sophisticated scheme I suspect most people won’t realize/catch it. Ultimately as a result of their stealing from us I requested to speak to a Manager. They sent me Julia Ramirez. Her badge said “Guest Services Manager”. She was worthless - the employees were afraid/intimidated by her - it quickly became apparent she was the perpetrator/thief. I asked to speak with the Hotel Manager, she said “I’m the Hotel Manager “. I the asked to speak with the “ Property Manager”, she said “ I am the Property Manager “. So she completely blocked me from escalating/addressing the theft to Management. One less important problem/observation: this property has “no” understanding of the Hyatt Loyalty Program. They were completely unaware of the normal benefits…. Very disappointing. In summary this property could be awesome but I can not recommend a property that steals/over charges its clients. Lots of other great choices in the area. Very sad - we love the Hyatt brand and typically have awesome experiences.

  Another great visit!

We had another fabulous vacation at Zoetry! As always, the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The presidential suite was perfect for 4 people. The meals we ate at the resort were delicious and fairly priced. Special shouts out to Manuel, Julio, Amalia, Jennifer, Valeria, Eduardo and Ricardo for making our trip wonderful. Can’t wait to return!!
