Wonderful staff and service! Alejandro, Joel, Henry, Angel, and Yellin all made us feel so welcome. Excellent food made fresh to order, with different themed nights - Mexican, Italian, Mediterranean, etc. Beautiful, well kept grounds with lush gardens and greenery.

Relaxing Experience
Zoetry provided a phenomenal experience that exceeded expectations. The tranquil ambiance and wonderful spa services contributed to a relaxing stay. The staff across all departments were consistently welcoming and attentive. Special recognition is due to Joel at the front bar for his exceptional and engaging drink preparation, Johan, our butler, for his attentive and professional service that made our stay truly memorable, and the outstanding teams at Amaya (Luis, Yellilin, and Danny), Piragua (Maria, Henry, and Joanna), and Olena (Lesbeth, Marlene, Jose Luis, Tatiana). The pool bar team, including Gabriel, Cesar, Melissa, and Wilca, consistently provided attentive service, and Luisito's pizza was a highlight. Elisabeth at reception ensured a smooth and pleasant departure. While we did not participate in pool bar activities, Alberto's welcoming and engaging interactions were noted. Overall, Zoetry offers a perfect retreat for relaxation, characterized by its beautiful views, intimate atmosphere, personalized attention, exceptional spa experience, and outstanding service. It has become a top choice among previous travel experiences, and a return visit is highly anticipated.

Amazing gateway!!!
What can I say? This place is luxurious, clean, great atmosphere for couples or people looking for a gateway vacation, food will make you cry, is so good. Staff is warm and friendly, you just need to be patient, things take longer than we are used to in the west. But it’s worth the wait. Great activities, and a safe environment! This is the best Zoetry I have been so far, I don’t recommend Zoetry casa Del Mar in Mexico Cabo but it’s a nice one as well. I recommend this location to anyone that can afford!!!

We will be going BACK!
A place to go to get away and relax. Perfect setting for a mental reset! The pool, the ocean, the staff, the restaurants, the landscape, the activities and entertainment are outstanding! Not your MEGA resort experience! Intimate and refreshing!

FANTASTIC RESORT
The customer service here is impeccable. You are greeted by every single staff member you come in contact with and they always have a smile. Johan was our concierge and he made the experience extremely enjoyable. Johan handled everything: booking our spa appointments, bringing water and champagne to our room, and making sure we had towels to take on our excursions are just a few examples. The experience really made us feel like we were in paradise.
