Dec 29, 2025Wonderful, relaxing and delicious family vacation
Our family had a wonderful stay at the Zoetry. It was extremely relaxing and the staff is outstanding. Everyone we encountered was warm and friendly and helpful. Our concierge/butler Dio was so funny and kind. Joel, the lobby bartender was so knowledgeable and gave us a quick rum lesson/tasting at the bar. Our 18 year old daughter had a cut on her thumb and Feliciano the chef at the beach remembered her new bandaid every day. In addition to making amazing food for us everyday! Luis Gonzalez and Yeilin at the beach restaurant were so friendly and the moment there was a little crowd the team sprung into action and brought more tables and chairs out. We loved that the restaurants rotated cuisines. The quality of the food was excellent and our 16 year old son lost count of the number of steaks he had on the trip. The beach always had shady and sunny spots available. The beds were very comfortable and my Apple Watch eve notified me that my resting heart rate was lower during my stay at the resort! The gym has great equipment and the yoga classes were also wonderful. The only complaint is that next time I won’t pay extra for the swim up room as the path to the room wasn’t paved and wasn’t that convenient. The kids room was larger and more spacious and had a great layout. We played games on their patio every night. We booked through Costco travel and definitely recommend this resort. The property is also beautifully maintained but most of all the wonderful staff made the stay.

December 2025 Anniversary vacation
Our trip to Punta Cana Zoetry Aqua was very good. It was our second time visiting the resort. I was just as good as the first time. We were upgraded to ocean front suite. We could wake up with the view of the ocean from bed. This made waking up very good. The room was perfect, very spacious and clean. We had no complaints at all. The restaurants were good and not very far. We enjoyed all the restaurants. We like how they rotated the cuisine in each restaurant. We are not pool people so we spent all our time at the beach. The weather was great even in December. We has a minor problem with bugs on the beach and the tea area but we were prepared for it. Our butler JJ was great. He did everything we asked and checked in with us each day. We really enjoyed the spa it was so relaxing. We would like to express our gratitude to Kathia from UVC, she explained everything we had questions for. We would definitely like to go again.

Fantastic
3rd time staying here and always will. There is no other place we would rather travel to. Quiet, relaxing, great staff, great food and beverage. Extremely clean and the staff always remember us when we return. Awesome beach and facilities.

Perfect paradise for an escape from reality
The resort was absolutely beautiful and very clean. We loved the atmosphere, the service, and the overall experience. Highly recommend a stay at this resort.

Can’t wait to go back
I highly recommend this resort! The staff are so kind and go above and beyond. Great activities and entertainment. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. I can’t wait to go back!
