Our stay at Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth that immediately made us feel like family. We were introduced to the beautiful property by our incredible concierge, Dio, who made sure we had everything we needed at every single moment. He answered every question with patience and kindness and truly went above and beyond to make our honeymoon seamless. What makes this resort so special isn’t just the beauty — it’s the people. The staff does small but deeply meaningful things that you simply cannot train. When I had a bad reaction to bug bites, they didn’t just offer sympathy — they brought soothing ointment, gave thoughtful recommendations, and one staff member even went out of their way to purchase bug spray for me. That level of care is rare. Each morning breakfast was a joy because of the positive energy from the team, especially Ezekiel and Chamel, who started our days with smiles and warmth. Leidy, the absolute best hostess, set the tone every time we walked in and made us feel welcomed and valued. Our romantic beach dinner was unforgettable. Juan absolutely nailed both the meal and the service — attentive, thoughtful, and perfectly paced. It was one of the most special evenings of our lives. Our room was cleaned multiple times a day, always immaculate. Even though we don’t drink alcohol, the staff made sure we always had refreshing beverages beyond just water, which was such a thoughtful touch. You cannot buy or train this level of hospitality. These are intrinsically good, hardworking people who truly care. They made us want to be better, happier people simply by being around them. We left feeling like we found a new home away from home. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special. We will never forget you.

Absolutely amazing stay, 100% recommend
The staff are excellent, every one we met was so amazing. The staff were always available if we ever wanted anything. We normally stay at secrets hotels and we have found zoetry to be so much better. The resort is the perfect size for the amount of guests, we never struggled to find a sunbed, we never had to wait for tables at restaurants or wait long for drinks by the pool. We did get bitten a lot by sand fleas the day we spent on the beach but there was so much space around the pool it wasn’t an issue for us for the rest of our stay.

Why we are returning again.
We are returning again after an amazing spring holiday last year at Zoëtry. We simply couldn’t find anywhere else that matched the friendliness, the beautiful sandy beach, the wonderfully maintained gardens, and the peaceful, tranquil atmosphere. The rooms were cleaned beautifully every day, and the gardens are kept to an exceptionally high standard. The staff are incredibly friendly and truly can’t do enough for you. For these reasons, we have decided to return again this year for a well-deserved holiday after a busy winter. It’s the perfect place to relax, switch off, and forget about the working world for ten days. Although all the staff are friendly and helpful, there are a few who go the extra mile. First, we must mention the wonderful concierge, Amada, who couldn’t do enough to help ensure our stay ran smoothly. Nothing was ever forgotten, and everything was handled in the most professional and efficient way. Laidy provides amazing customer service. She always has a smile and is ready to help — a real credit to the hotel. Maria and Natalie also have fantastic people skills and always add that little extra warmth to make your stay even more special. Their welcoming attitude never fades. The entertainment is something we usually try to avoid in hotels, but here it is done in such a lovely and sophisticated way. It never feels intrusive for guests who prefer to relax quietly, yet the performers are incredibly talented. Well done to the team for choosing such wonderful acts. Gabriel also ensured that guests had a great experience with activities and was always on hand to make things just that little bit better. Wonderful relaxing vacation
Beautiful resort with amazing staff and great food. Shout out to Luis /Charlie / Glorianny / Henry / Alejandra /Ezekial And especially Rube pouriet, Luis Garcia and Gilber for all their hard work. They are truly the hotels ambassadors and really know customer service. Ps. Bring bug spray and itch cream. The bugs are attracted to some people.

Excellent
What a beautiful resort far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Punta Cana. Our oceanfront room with plunge pool was adorable and housekeeping was . Cannot say enough good things about our time there.
