This hotel is amazing. Pricy, but very elegant, outstanding service with designer shopping in an endless mall all attached. Easy walk to “The Sphere” and other high end shopping. Rooms are spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The casino covers much of the ground floor with countless banquet rooms nearby.

Perfect perfection and it just gets better…
The Wynn just gets better… I have just returned from a March stay at The Wynn. On previous visit we had a Salon Suite. This visit was a Tower Suite. For a 2000+ room resort, the management across all departments is impressive. Although we have been staying at The Wynn when visiting LV for many years, I would not dream of staying anywhere else. The Wynn is head and shoulders above the best of the other resorts…it is the only place to stay if you value quality and the most exceptional standards. All credit to the now retired Ramesh (a most wonderful gentleman now retired in the UK) and his successor as General Manager and Executive VP, Lee. I tend to provide detailed reviews however in this case I will just say that the entire hotel has been refurbished superbly, the suites are absolutely first class with State-of-the-Art attention to detail…and as for housekeeping…sheer excellence.

Always amazing!
Another 5-star experience! Like Encore, everything at Wynn is spectacular. It doesn't feel quite as 'new' as Encore, but both hotels are top-tier experiences. I actually preferred the casino here—no massive jackpots, but more frequent small wins. Ultimately, you come to these resorts for the luxury and atmosphere more than the gambling. Both are incredible!"

Service is substandard, mostly grossly incompetent and down right rude. Endless lines and waits for everything, including breakfast and coffee shops. Clueless staff. Bizarre hours. Non entry to pool before X or service at lounger before Y. HAd tower suite for $2700 per night and they dared charge me $15 a day for Internet and absurd amount for mini bar items. Nickel and dime you for everything including resort fees. Endless wait for suite check in. Food is bad to mediocre and super expense. Only stand out is the Chinese restaurant ; it is superb and one of the best in the country. The Wynn now feels like an airport security line. This was my third and last visit. It has grossly deteriorate in every way.
