The Spa at Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino is currently closed for renovations. During this time, guests may reserve an in-room or poolside massage by visiting the Concierge Desk.

Great concert and Valarie was our usher and she upgraded our seats, which was amazing! She was so friendly and this made our experience extra special. Barry still sounds great and is an incredible performer. Incredible that he can sing and move like he does at his age!

May 20, 2025HIGHLY Recommend staying at the Westgate Resorts & Casino, But.....
We HIGHLY recommend staying at the Westgate Resorts & Casino! we stayed in the Presidential Suite (more details on that later). We loved the convenience to the Monorail, and the onsite restaurants were great. We enjoyed all of it. SPECIAL thanks to our concierge Bret Olson was EXCEPTIONAL, he helped our guests get settled he checked in on us daily and gave us complimentary tickets to a comedy show. Bret Olson was just the Perfect Concierge please give him a RAISE! The only thing I didn't like is that Bret didn't warn us about Leon's so called "sales pitch" to add an additional week to our current timeshare. Leon was bad but thought he was good for some odd reason. The Presidential Suite needed few additional touches like a stove, washer/dryer combo, night table needed a clock and USB cables by the bedside, sliding doors needed handles or something to allow us to slide, the sofa bed's mattress was simply AWFUL it was hard, old and I was a bit embarrassed because my step daughter couldn't sleep on it. I understand that they are still renovating but they should have waited till all the amenities and details are complete. The room numbers we had were 2150,2151 and 2152. The view from the Suite was absolute stunning corner spot with a complete view of the Sphere, The Wynn, The Encore and the Westgate Pool which was beautiful. The gym was great but too many muscle heads around the weight lifting area and I couldn't do my strength training so I settled for the treadmill. I know that Barry Manilow has a residency at Westgate and we like him a lot but decided not to go this time and bought tickets to "The Soul of Motown" instead, I HIGHLY recommend this show. The talent was Amazing, people were dancing in the aisles, on their seats, the show is great! Please don't miss this show while in Vegas!!! The best part about staying at Westgate was the onsite restaurants were really good and proximity to the Monorail. We had breakfast at Sid's, dinner at Benihana and Edge Steakhouse - ALL were Fabulous and we highly recommend them all. Whenever we go back to Las Vegas I would not hesitate staying at the Westgate resorts and casino. THANKS TO BRET OLSON for making this trip so special!

There was a cockroach in our room! Overall, the room was not very clean and the staff was not friendly. Nancy, the front desk Manager was the only helpful staff member we encountered. The other front desk person we dealt with actually rolled her eyes at me when I showed her a picture of the roach in our room.

VIP Experience for Barry
Went to see Barry Manilow on Thursday. 5/8. Had the VIP experience. There was a glitch with our tickets/reservation but Sam patiently took care of everything. Laura, the VIP usher, took amazing care of us and managed to get us a seat upgrade for the inconvenience. She treated us like real VIPs! Great show and great experience, especially the terrific staff at the International Theater.

Best R&B in Vegas!
Epic music! Michael Speaks due at Westgate resort in the International Bar. Great tunes and he worked the crowd well. The dancing was amazing and we have a lot of laughter along the way! Song selection was more diverse than Baskin Robins! Infectious energy everywhere.
