Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino has changed names a few times in its history, but it’s that history that makes the place so special. From 1969 through 1976, Elvis Presley lived and performed here, and you’ll even come across employees who can still tell stories of the time they met Elvis. In 2015, Westgate Las Vegas partnered with Graceland to open the only Graceland exhibition outside of Memphis. The 28,000 sq. ft. “Graceland Presents Elvis: The Exhibition” is a must see for history fans and music lovers.

Since taking over the property in July 2014, Westgate Resorts has poured $100 million into renovation projects around the historic venue. Those projects have enhanced room accommodations, fully rebuilt the pool deck (with 19 new cabanas and 10 new daybeds), added new restaurants and bars, and created new entertainment partnerships. The amenities are for your comfort and relaxation, but you’re never far from all that Las Vegas has to offer as Westgate Las Vegas has an on-site Monorail station for convenient access up and down the famous Las Vegas Strip.

Back at Westgate Las Vegas, you can try your luck on 75,000 sq. ft. worth of table games and slot machines, where one lucky winner took home an $11 million jackpot in March. If sports are your thing, Westgate Las Vegas features the world’s largest race and sports book and hosts a free Football Central viewing party in the International Showroom each and every Sunday. For culinary diversions, options include the world-famous (and world’s largest) Benihana, home style cooking at Sid’s Café and award winning steaks at the new Edge Steakhouse. You’ll also find Pizza Hut, an ice cream shop and coffee shops featuring Starbucks and Seattle’s Best.

Westgate Resorts focuses on making lasting memories for you, your family and your friends. Make plans to visit the newest addition to their resort portfolio in Las Vegas and get ready for your next adventure!

    Bad experience. Room a disaster

Terrible experience. Reading at the reviews and correlating comments with the obvious of my experience, I can’t help to start thinking that many of these reviews are bots or marketing driven. I’ll go step by step: 1. Check in was very slow. Had 15 people in front of me, took approx 30 minutes. They were half staffed. Majority of the “delays” triggered by many people stuck with “reservation issues” or “not the room I requested” 2. I was supposed to get a king bed room and they automatically downgraded me to a two queen beds one; no reason, no justification - my way of the highway approach, given that there was a big show 3. The room was a disaster. Super super hot, ac super noisy and incapable to lower the temperature to an acceptable state. I couldn’t sleep well because of the equipment noise - but couldn’t turn it off since the room was a furnace. The thermostat was probably 30 years old. 4. The bathroom had many lightbulbs not working, and the floor was sticky 5. Most furniture was old and tired. Scratches, dirty fabric 6. No power outsets on sleeping night 7. Room service is non existent. No one answered the phone when called at 7pm and at 8am Unless you’re very tied on budget, avoid the hotel.

Great service and greeters making it fun!

Robin and Bishop were the best greeters ever. Made it fun to wait in a short line. After a long day of travel it was a great way to start my stay at Westgate. Also Sladjana was so helpful at check in! Fantastic customer service and hospitality. A+++ for all three!

    Incredible customer service!

My mom and I made reservations to stay at the Westgate resort and casino for Friday 5/17 to 5/18. We called in to make sure that we can still check in as we weren’t going to get to Las Vegas til late. Jennifer from customer service at the front desk was AMAZING! Very friendly and helpful! Definitely in the right business! She answered the phone promptly with enthusiasm and is very knowledgeable.
