Sep 30, 2026Great hotel but watch for service issues
Swan Reserve is a lovely, modern hotel in ideal location. Everything is sleek, clean and comfortable. Front desk was lovely and helpful at check-in. The room is fantastic. Unfortunately, bell services fell short and failed to deliver bags as promised. I hunted them down myself. It would have been much better if I had just carried the bags myself, and I would be very cautious with this service.

Sep 27, 2026Lovely alternative to staying on property at WDW
Stayed at the Swan Reserve before and after a cruise leaving from Port Canaveral. We went to EPCOT the day we checked in and WDW the day we returned, so the fact that this hotel has Disney transportation was key. Usually my friend's family stays at Disney Resorts and so does mine, but given this was a girls trip, we decided to take a chance and stay here. We had a nice junior suite with an EPCOT view. Shame we were not in the room at night tto see the fireworks! There was a separate living/ dining room and 2 queen beds in the bedroom. We really appreciated the configuration of the bathroom; There was the main bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower and tub. This was another smaller part of the bathroom that was a toilet and sink that lie between the bathroom and the living room, and was separated by doors to each room. This was really clever and useful when getting ready. The room had a very large dinign table that we used to put all of our things on. There was no kitchenette (just a small fridge that was only cold enough for drinks, not food, and a microwave), so I'm a bit confused why the very large table, but it waorked for us! We also loved the orange blossom bath products. I wish we could purchase them! We did not use the pool, but it was conveniently located off the lobby - it looked nice and livley, If you wanted more of an adventure, you could walk across the street to the Swan, which has an amazing family pool. To get to EPCOT, you just walk across the street to the Swan/ Dolphin property and take the boat to the back side of EPCOT (where you can catch Skyliner to Hollywood studios). There are bus stope around the back of Sean Reserve that will take you to WDW and Disney Springs. You can also walk to Boardwalk if you want to go there to get something eat. All very convenient and eithin the bubble (sort of, but just enough).

Quiet, convenient, beautifully designed escape
My husband and I absolutely loved staying at the Swan Reserve. It was the best of both worlds — convenient access to Disney’s Boardwalk area, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios while offering a quiet escape from the parks and ubiquitous Disney theming. The design of the hotel was beautiful, rooms were spotless and comfortable, the staff was helpful and warm, and the pool was a relaxing respite compared to the family-focused Swan and Dolphin pools. I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling as a couple or a group of adults as it was much quieter and less kid-focused than other neighboring resorts.

Exceptional Stay at the Swan Reserve
Our stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve over Labor Day weekend exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff delivered outstanding service and made us feel genuinely welcome. Every team member was professional, friendly, and eager to help. The valet attendant remembered us from our previous stay and gave my kids the coolest Mickey Mouse balloon. Bryce at the front desk provided the most amazing upgrade that blew my family away. My wife loved the Epcot view and our kids had plenty of space to play in the room. Beyond the service, what truly sets this hotel apart is the cleanliness, location and value. We enjoyed an easy access walk to EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and all the amenities of the Swan and Dolphin resorts while still enjoying the quieter, boutique-like atmosphere of the Reserve. Our kids absolutely love the slide at the Grotto pool. This was one of the best hotel experiences we've had at Walt Disney World, and we cannot wait to return. Highly recommend!

Sep 03, 2026Great Property; Associates interacting with Guests, need more polish!
WDW Swan Reserve gets very high marks for property, location, and overall operations. I commend landscaping, infrastructure maintenance, and overall property operations. The property has outstanding curb appeal and does not look nearly 5 years old. It looks brand new!!! Most interactions with resort Associates are above average. However, General Management should be aware that a few key areas that intersect and contribute to guest experience need refinement. We’ve been to this property dozens of times and my remarks are intended to help management “refine the customer experience”, not be picky ! 1) it took 1 hour and 50 minutes to get luggage delivered to our room, when traffic at arrival was non-existent. We gave ticket to Front Desk. Bellhop blamed Front Desk; Elijah (front desk) blamed “bell hop system was down”. Finger pointing replaced common sense remedy efforts. If systems was down, why wouldn’t front desk call bell hop? Instead “customer experience suffers” and guest actually have to get involved to remedy. Not very good. 2) the “greeter@ at restaurant entrance needs to “own the interaction with guest”. “good morning, how are you ?” should commence the exchange and not just a monotone call for “room number and name”. Most other Marriott properties manage this interaction better, and the host should exhibit an uplifting experience is ahead! It would be contagious and waiters could hitchhike off of the positive environment. (my real observation is that training and developing associates that engage actual guest interaction is lacking!). Look to Publix Super Markets in Florida for witnessing a company, whose culture is all about customer experience!). And Associates should be trained to remedy a situation, not blame systems that may or may not be subtracting from the overall experience. Management can aid associates to go from good to great!
