I’ve traveled all over the world, and my stay at UNICO has been one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. Every member of the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The food is amazing, and the service has been exceptional. A special shout-out to Jorge Ku at the bar! He makes fantastic cocktails, is incredibly friendly, and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. He has truly made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to Roy and the entire UNICO team for such an unforgettable experience!

Quiet Pool is the Way
Manuel at the quiet pool is the man!! He made us countless drinks over 5 days! He learned our order and had them ready for us! The restaurants are wonderful, resort clean and peaceful. Go see our new friend Manuel at the pool!

Location - solid distance from the airport, recommend private shuttle to avoid multiple stops at other hotels. Rooms- I had an ocean view, because of the trees you barely see any of the ocean. Seems like a way to charge more but not give the consumer what they are paying for. The room itself was nice. Room service was quick. Value - I will likely not stay at this resort again due to the distance and lack of activities. The resort was quiet and relaxing. Food - just ok. The hibachi restaurant was wonderful! Breakfast buffet was great as well. The steakhouse was questionable, great service but food was questionable. Bar food was good. Massage - overrated and wish I could get a refund. The massage therapist was nice but honestly he just help rubbing oil around my body vs actually massaging pressure points. Also, I was not aware I could use the hydrotherapy so was unable to take advantage of that service.

My stay at UNICO 20°87° Hotel Riviera Maya was excellent from start to finish. The resort is beautiful and relaxing, the staff were attentive and welcoming, and everything felt well taken care of. It was exactly the kind of getaway I was hoping for. I'd happily return and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality stay in the Riviera Maya.
