Great couples getaway
This is one of our favorite vacation destinations! This was our second visit, and it was as good as, if not better than, the first visit in 2025. Some of the same people were there and welcomed us like family. Most remembered us from the first visit. The hotel and room were spotless. The food was awesome, the pools were clean, and the beach was quiet. The general location was great, with some shops to walk to and a local marina. Unico has several locations with more to come. We are looking forward to visiting all of the locations!

Amazing service
Wow! Unico Nayarit was Amazing! Service was incredible and food was fantastic and Italian and Mexican restaurants! Property was spotless and staff worked very hard to keep everyone happy! Will definitely be back! My only negative is that “no one” wants to enforce the rules at the pools/bars for fear of making the guest mad. People should not be vaping, swearing and playing their own speakers as WE all want to have a great time. A shoutout to the following who had above the best service: Lia breakfast: Emma, Fatima , Alexis, Fernanda— really the whole crew did such a great job every morning! In Mexican restaurant : Vilevaldo, Christina and Ruben. The whole staff worked together so well under leadership of Veronica! Pool-(the hardest workers)—-Carlos, Manuel, Angel , Obed , Gisele. Lia dinner: Fernando (perhaps the very best waiter at the resort) , yaquelyn, Brenda (chef extraordinaire) and Alexander. 9th floor housekeeping!! Victor the bell boy and Hector at legendary services

Great relaxing resort that we will definitely visit again
Excellent resort. Very nice and clean. Beautiful views. Nice beach. The service was excellent, especially our butlers Anel and Uriel. They are the best! Also, the members pool bartender Axel was great. Very experienced and friendly. The staff serving drinks/food around the pool were great as well. The room was good, although the airconditioning in all of the resorts is not great. You cannot get it cool enough for us. The blackout curtains really helped and were the best that we had ever seen. Little magnets kept them attached to the wall and kept the early morning light out very well. The pool temperature was moderate but without heated pools would be very chilly in the winter months. There is also no hot tub for the winter. The music was ok, but more Rock would be nice. That is why we prefer the Hard Rock resorts, which always have a pool, or two, that have rock instead of Pop. The party/activity pool music was way too loud for most of our stay. It would be nice if they could turn it down a little. Overall, we had a fantastic time and will definitely go again.
