Amazing Resort for Hospitality
Me (Scott) and my wife (Jordan) got married here last weekend. Almost every person we encountered was amazing, caring, and thoughtful. Everyone at the spa was amazing. Our butlers Samuel and Ramon were amazing. Bartender Charley a las rocas was amazing. Bartenders Jose at La terraza and Jose at TRS lobby bar were amazing. Everyone was! We encountered dozens of gracious employees but wanted to shout out those I remembered by name

The experience was terrible. We had several issues with water not being optimal for a shower and a shave, a wasp nest outside the back door water coming out of the shower onto the floor nearly causing an accident. Overall experience not very good and light fittings hanging down showing electric wires

AMAZING
I absolutely love this resort. The experience was AMAZING. I truly didn't want to leave. It felt like home. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I had issues with my room and the manager on site was able to fix the issue quickly. I even got a room upgrade. The food was amazing. OMG my butler Jorge was on top of everything. He made my experience eventful. He gets 5 stars from me. The spa was top notch. Victor was WONDERFUL. I wish my trip was longer. I feel in LOVE with TRS. I can't wait for my next trip back.

Perfect Paradise
Wow wow wow. We have just returned from 8 wonderful nights at this absolute paradise! There is so many wonderful points about this place I could go on for hours! Our butlers Gustavo, Sergio & Alexx in villa 69 were amazing and sorted our dinner reservations for every night which was amazing as we didn’t have to think about anything! Anything we needed they sorted. On our first day Carlos approached us at the pool & we booked a couples spa treatment for later that day which was THE BEST!! Definitely worth a visit as the use of spa is included in the treatments & the treatments we had by Margarito & Janneth were amazing and such a wonderful start to our holiday. We did a the moonlight dinner at La Rocas which was just incredible & Chic Cabaret & they were both wonderful evenings. The food, the service (Hector & Carlos) were brilliant and the wonderful team that did the cabaret was just fabulous! Such a brilliant evening! Danny the DJ was awesome too! The choice of drinks and yummy cocktails were brilliant. Every member of staff that we came across was lovely and so polite. I loved the way you were ‘checked in’ whenever you went for a meal and called by your name. Such a nice touch. It’s great that your wristband is your room key & also used for your reservations. Loved the pools. The secret pool was our personal favourite ❤️ Loved seeing all the animals too. Just brilliant. The house keeping staff were brilliant too. I never realised how much I need a turn down service in my life! Thank you TRS and all your incredible staff for the best holiday ever. We will be back ❤️
