  Amazing Luxurious Resort

  Amazing food, there were tons of places to choose from we didnt have time to try them all! Beautiful clean rooms, lots of amazing staff that care about making you happy. The butlers were so friendly and very eager to help. I had an awesome massage and the spa is clean and has a great ambiance. Spectacular resort, very clean and clearly very well kept. Will recommend to everyone i know!!!

  My daughter had her wedding with 100 guests. All things taken care of made it a perfect experience for all our family.

  A most wonderful holiday!

  We have had the most excellent service, above and beyond the usual hotel experience. Little touches here and there, have just elevated our enjoyment of our stay. Last night, we visited the Chic Cabaret and just WOW! Three hours of nonstop amazing singing, wonderful dancing, jaw dropping acrobatics and a stunning finale. The 7 course menu was mouth wateringly delicious and beautifully presented by super efficient staff, including the wonderful Sonia, who was so attentive and kind, dealing with our requests with efficiency and a friendliness we've found in everyone here.

  Outstanding Butler Service — Thank You, Eleonora

  I stayed in Villa 60 from December 2–6, and I want to specifically recognize Eleonora for her outstanding butler service. After a somewhat confusing arrival, Eleonora stepped in the next morning and completely turned my experience around. She was warm, attentive, and extremely professional, taking the time to give me a full villa tour, explain all amenities, and help me get my reservations and plans organized. She truly made me feel welcomed and cared for, and her dedication made a noticeable difference in my stay. Because of Eleonora, what could have been a frustrating start became a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. She is a true asset to the resort, and I’m very grateful for her help.

  Wonder getaway to a beautiful resort

  Overall we were extremely happy with our stay, and we would certainly return in the future. The TRS Hotel had amazing service and high quality food & drinks. The infinity pool area had a bit of a party atmosphere while the salt water pool and beach was more relaxed. Transportation getting around the resort was very easy to use and very helpful. Fernando was a great driver and even gave me some tips for looking for birds around the resort. The check-in process was easily the best we’ve ever had at an all inclusive. Enrique gave us champagne, the lobby is air conditioned, and despite us booking the wrong room type, he provided us with a solution that we loved. Best dinner experience: Santos at Bamboo and Jose Aku at Eldorado. Food was great too, and these aren’t even TRS restaurants. The only negative dinner experience we had was at La Dalia on the first night. I recommend calling ahead of time if you arrive during the day to make an a la carte reservation for your first night. Our only other negative dining experience was at Helios for breakfast. We never received our food but they also have a buffet so we just ate that and left. Karla was a great hostess at Helios both times we ate there. The service was noticeably better at the TRS. Bartenders were very good at acknowledging you upon arrival, even if they were busy. The cocktails were delicious and the service when seated at the lobby, around the pool, or even at the beach was fantastic. Breakfast was so good we hardly ate lunch, we snacked on ribs and nachos at the beach bar often, which was awesome because we didn’t have to leave our seats and we could stay in our bathing suits. On that note, the beach is significantly better at the TRS area compared to some of the other resorts. Much more sand, nice and flat, no rocks. The property is absolutely beautiful and walking around the trails and roads was a great part of my trip. The pickleball courts and sports facilities are top tier, one of the reasons we booked here and will return. There was also a ton of wildlife including monkeys around the resorts! The hydrotherapy circuit at the spa was honestly so much fun, I would do it again next time. We had a great day at the spa. Finally, the beds were really comfortable and the pillows were amazing. I’m usually picky with pillows but here I found I could use one or two and was comfortable either way. Our butler team at Villa 70 was fantastic- Eric, Lasandra, Ricardo. Thank you all.
