Dec 29, 2025Great time doing archery/ rifle shooting
Came on my honeymoon with my husband and had a brilliant time with David doing archery and rifle shooting. Honestly the best teacher and genuinely such a great guy. Recommend doing these activities if you are staying at the hotel. David is a great asset to the palladium team.

First couple of days food service was lacking but once we found the right restaurants and wait staff things greatly improved. Room was great, pool was great, Our building concierge (Lisandra) was awesome as was Daniel at the Capricio.

A wonderful stay that ended in a surprise :)
This is actually a very delayed review but we had such a great experience that we still absolutely had to write this. Absolutely loved the service, the accommodations and the food! Upon arriving, we were upgraded to a nicer room which was amazing. Our butler Maggie was extremely attentive and SO nice. When my husband got sunburnt, she gave us a bottle of Aloe Vera lotion (we had forgotten to bring some with us). It helped him so much and made a huge difference. She also gave us some delicious Mexican candy that I still crave lol, and she takes the BEST photos!! At the infinity pool Alejandro (always wearing a hat) and Amayrani took amazing care of us. Alejandro made sure we always had somewhere to sit and Amayrani kept the drinks coming! They were both so great. My husband and I made such a connection with them that we ended up telling them that we were hoping to have a baby soon. They were so sweet telling us that they wished it would happen for us soon. So the reason for our delayed review… We ended up finding out we were expecting shortly after we got home from our trip!! We always joke that it was the relaxation and everyone’s well wishes from TRS that made it happen! :) A huge thank you to all the wonderful people that made our stay so great.

Excellent service and great place to stay
We really enjoyed our first stay at an all inclusive resort. Our butler Christian in villa 61 was excellent- friendly, helpful, responsive- the best! Also the classes offered by Arturo in the gym- especially Pilates were fantastic to start the morning healthy. We tried most restaurants and food was good- but out of 9 nights we had 3 outside the resort (which had a fixed return taxi fare available) to get better, more authentic Mexican flavours and experiences. We stayed at the adults only pool section and it was great service with enough beach loungers everyday. In future I think we would do a maximum 4 nights as we prefer to explore local towns/cultures but it was super relaxing and very comfortable and a great way to end the year.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at the Grand Palladium TRS!
One of the best family trips we’ve ever taken! Everything was so accommodating and welcoming from the moment we arrived. I’m gluten-free and vegetarian, and I was blown away by how inclusive the dining options were. There are tons of restaurants to choose from, and even if something wasn’t on the menu, the chefs were always happy to customize and make it happen. So thoughtful! A huge shoutout to our incredible butlers, Susana and Isreal — they truly made our trip unforgettable. Every night felt like coming home. They went above and beyond to make my sister’s birthday extra special with balloons, treats, and a beautifully decorated surprise room. We were so touched by the care they put into every detail. The pools and drinks were fantastic! We especially loved the saltwater pool that’s connected to the sea — all the ocean views and vibes without getting knocked down by waves. Such a cool feature! We spent Christmas Eve at Chic Cabaret, and WOW — it felt like a top-quality Las Vegas show! We were amazed by the performance, and the service throughout was exceptional. Honestly, everything had a personal touch. Our butlers even messaged us morning and night with updates about events around the resort, helping us make the most of every day. This was the best resort experience we’ve had in Mexico. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to come back! 🤍✨
