  Amazing hotel and experience

  Everyone was so friendly and nice. The service at this hotel is 5 stars from the butler at our room to the staff pushing in my chair/laying the napkin in our laps. Hotel lobby smells like citrus all the time and looks beautiful. We enjoyed the infinity pool and the adult only beach. My favorite people were at the beach, Eduardo who makes the best drinks and Juan cooking the lunch food. The food at the restaurants was also good. The best restaurant was El Gaucho. Our room was huge and the hot tub on patio was a bonus. Alejandro checked us out and was super nice. Louis was an amazing server at Helios.

  Grand Palladium TRS amazing place to stay

  Do not hesitate to book this incredible resort. We spent a week in the Grand Palladium TRS resort and it was absolutely wonderful. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was modern, spacious and beautiful. Our butler team Francisco, Miguel and Roberto from Villa 61 made our stay easy & stress free. Each Villa has a butler team assigned to it so there’s someone onsite at all times to ask questions, or if we needed anything, or to make arrangements for shoes, restaurants, etc… I love that they communicated every morning on WhatsApp as to the daily activities and information we needed to know. The amenities were spotless and beautifully designed. The food was honestly the best we have ever experienced at a resort. The property huge and all interlinked with the other resorts. When you stay at the TRS hotel, this is the all access pass to the entire four resorts that are interconnected. We didn’t realize when we got there how many different restaurants, pools, beach areas that the one bracelet gave you endless opportunities to explore. Definitely worth the upgrade to fully enjoy the experience that the resort has to offer. We are excited to learn that they have other properties around the world and will be back to Mexico, but will also be staying at other Grand Palladium hotels because the service was exceptional from every staff member we encountered.

  Excellent People, Service Oriented Resort

  I really can’t begin to express how wonderful this property was—and honestly, the reason may surprise some people. Yes, the resort itself is beautiful, but what truly made this experience exceptional was the people. The pride the staff takes in this property is evident everywhere you look. The resort was absolutely spotless. Cleanliness is extremely important to my family, and the level of care here—both in cleanliness and health protocols—was second to none. It gave us an immediate sense of comfort from the moment we arrived. But the most remarkable part of our stay was the staff. Every person we encountered was genuinely kind, warm, and welcoming. It never felt scripted or transactional—just sincere hospitality from people who clearly care about what they do. The service we experienced easily ranks among the best we’ve had anywhere, and we travel quite a bit. Without hesitation, this property is in our top three for service. When it was time to leave, several members of our group actually became emotional. That’s the kind of experience this team created for us. We especially want to recognize a few individuals who made our stay unforgettable: Ana (Capricho) Ana absolutely captured our hearts. She is incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. From the first moment we met her, she made us feel genuinely cared for. Her smile and warmth were contagious, and by the end of our stay she was greeting us with hugs. We ended up dining at Capricho four different times largely because of her. She made every visit special. Roberto (Bravo) Roberto is an incredibly hardworking and service-oriented professional. He brought so much positive energy to every interaction and clearly takes pride in making sure guests have a great experience. He made dining there so enjoyable that we returned to his restaurant three separate times. Eduardo (Poolside Bar) Eduardo was fantastic—funny, welcoming, and clearly excellent at what he does. The poolside experience wouldn’t have been the same without him. Juan Pablo (Lobby) Juan Pablo quickly became one of our favorite people at the resort. Every time we walked through the lobby he greeted us with humor and warmth. His personality made the property feel incredibly inviting. There were also many other wonderful staff members whose names we unfortunately didn’t catch. I truly hope management knows how special their team is. Staff like this are rare, and they are absolutely this resort’s secret weapon. One final note that may be helpful to future travelers: we actually began our trip at this resort simply to extend our vacation before moving to a very well-known large luxury resort that many people rave about. To our surprise, this property surpassed that resort in every category—service, food, cleanliness, and even the beauty of the grounds. The value here is exceptional. If you’re considering booking this resort, you will not be disappointed. And this is coming from someone who is a fairly tough critic when it comes to travel experiences. We will very likely return, and we truly look forward to seeing these wonderful people again.
