Great location and stay away from La Toque
Great location --- friendly staff. As for the restaurant --- stay away from La Toque. Over rated and NOT a Michelin star restaurant as advertised. Make sure the sommelier opens the bottle in front of you.
Not The Westin Experience We Hoped For
Stayed at this Westin for five nights. What we hoped would be a relaxing trip to the wine country turned into problem after problem with this hotel . Basics like daily maid service and clean towels are not a standard at this hotel . Our upgraded room was a view of the air conditioning units with a side view of the trash binds. The air conditioning is loud so we kept the tv o at night after the hotel brought us a remote so we could turn it on. The restaurant is spotty at best . Getting a refill of coffee does not happen but you can take your coffee cup and refill in the lobby . When I voiced my concerned to the desk over one morning when they could not get my husbands order of a breakfast sandwich right I was told that it is a third party restaurant and they get complaints all the time…Yet each person is billed 18 % service charge for substandard service . Of all the hotels Marriott property or not, this is the DIRTIEST room we have stayed in Judge for yourself by pictures. I don’t even want to know what the droppings on bathroom floor were . Management did not care about our dirty room but in fact we were berated for our upsetting his staff with our complaints and concerns along with our body language. Based on the rate of $675 per night, and lack of service I would not recommend this hotel
Hotel Not up to the Marriott Standard.... would not recommend
Hotel is not up to the Marriott Standard as being clean, consistent and polite. The restaurant is under-staffed and required us to get our own coffee. Rooms are dirty and housekeeping is spotty (we had to ask for our room to be cleaned several times) Disappointed in Hotel and would not recommend this facility

Thank you Alexia for taking time to ensure everything is in order for my upcoming stay! I am excited to be attending the Live in the Vineyard event on November 1. The Westin Verasa Napa is the host hotel and since we're traveling in from Boston, I added a day onto each end of my stay. I called into the hotel to coordinate my reservations and so fortunate that I was directed to Alexia. Alexia fielded my request with grace, was genuinely interested in assisting me and so quick to respond/follow-up, Truly appreciated and hope to thank her in person during my stay. PS: Special thanks to Mr. Brindle for having a top-notch, dedicated service oriented representative for you and your wonderful brand.
This is a very large hotel with a good location to dining and downtown Napa. The hotel offers complimentary valet service and shuttles to nearby restaurants. The rooms are nicely appointed and clean. Pool area is lovely with a spacious jacuzzi. Complimentary breakfast was delicious.
