Wonderful stay in Napa
My husband and I visited Napa during the holiday season for a getaway excursion. I booked a King Bed, Superior 1 Bedroom Suite directly and felt the price was fair. Valets + porters were on hand for our arrival and readily available throughout our stay. Front desk check-in was pleasant and accommodated our request for the 3rd floor and a river view. We loved our suite. There was so much room to stretch out, and it was quiet. Everything was super clean and well-maintained. The shower pressure was good, and the bed was comfortable. We ate breakfast at the Bank Café and Bar and were very happy. Great service and the food was delicious. We also appreciated the proximity of the hotel to downtown Napa restaurants and wine bars. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend.
Very poor service overall
Total disappointment. It’s not what it used to be. Starting from the front desk very unappealing lady that would tell you no right off the bet without even checking . For example I asked several times during my stay do you have change for example 20.00 dollars she would answer right away no! I would come back and ask someone else 2 minutes later and the answer was yes ???? Their restaurant is a mess the wait time is ridiculous.
Nice location, great service
We booked three rooms for our family trip. Everything went smoothly, service was very good. Nice upgrade to a suite and Felix rooms. Little drawback was a bit slower service during the breakfast, but it their credit - they were pretty busy. Rooms were spacious, well equipped (including small kitchenette, microwave and coffee machine). All areas were clean and well maintained. Valet parking is included in the resort fee. They are pet friendly. Good location, not far from a downtown area, plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood.
Perfect Weekend Retreat
My friends and I stayed at this Westin in June of 2022 and had an amazing experience. From the minute we checked in to when we left the staff were professional, friendly, and seemed to really want to get to know us. Special shout out goes to Marisol who checked us in. She recognized my Titanium status and even upgraded us to a two bedroom suite which we very much appreciated since it gave our group more space (none of us had to share a bed because of the upgrade). The staff at the bar/restaurant were also amazing. We ate at the restaurant every morning and thought the food was great. The staff also went out of their way to ask us about our experience in Napa and gave us tips on what to do outside of visiting wineries. Since we had a 2 bedroom suite our space had a lot of room and we never felt cramped. It was really nice to have 2 balconies as well. The room was clean, modern, and had enough charging ports for all of our devices. Overall, we had no complaints and had a great time at the Westin. Definitely would stay again and make this our go-to hotel in Napa.
Unforgettable revisit after 6 years - amazing staff
We were extremely happy with the stay. Six years ago, we had some wonderful memories of staying at this hotel, and this time, it was even better. Esmeralda at the reception desk has been accommodating. She explained all the details we needed to know. At checkout, we met her again, and we were greeted nicely with some small candies for the kids for Halloween. The service quality from her has even exceeded many other luxurious brands we stayed with. The room was a bit dated but very clean and comfy. Breakfast at the Bank Cafe went well too. This hotel will always be our top choice in Napa.
