Awesome Place
I recently stayed at The Westin and had the pleasure of an unforgettable experience. The hotel is amazing, the entire staff was very kind, attentive and friendly to me and my family. The food was excellent and we enjoyed the variety of dishes. We also chose the Palo Verde National Park tour and it was a fantastic decision. We saw a variety of birds, crocodiles and even monkeys, all from the comfort of a boat. I highly recommend Issys Tours to anyone who wants to explore the natural beauty of Costa Rica.

The Westin Reserva Conchal Resort was Amazing and Fabulous! The staff is extremely customer service oriented - so kind!!
The grounds were gorgeous, the room was beautiful and the food was incredible! We were so touched by the kindness of all the Westin staff. A big shout out to the following staff for their exemplary customer service - Stephanie (Mitra and Caracola), Allen (Sabana and Caracola), Adriana (Mitra), Keylar (Sabana and Caracola) Ashley (Sabana), Rudy (Water Aerobics and Bar Imperial), Emanuel (Mitra and Bamboo), Randy and Jafet (Cart drivers) and the bartenders at the pool and the servers at the pool grill as well as housekeeping. We really liked all the restaurants but particularly loved Bamboo (Asian), Spirula (Italian) and Sabana (Steakhouse). Caracola offers a whole marinade fried red snapper at lunch only on certain days and it was fabulous! Make dinner reservations on the app. Very easy. Have a drink at the lobby bar and watch the sunset followed by a Tapas dinner at the lobby restaurant. The vendors lining the way to the beach were very nice and are just trying to make a living. The beach is beautiful. You can obtain bikes across from Manglar restaurant and ride in the resort. It is a large resort but there are carts running frequently that stop to pick you up. You can also call to request a ride. We have never stayed at an all inclusive resort and were very impressed with the Westin Reserva Conchal.

Bad Spa experience at Westin Reserva Conchal
I am visiting Reserva Conchal for many years and I love the grounds, but this year Spa facilities were the worst. Out of four shower stalls none of them was working!!!! three of them had broken shower head, another forth didn't have a water pressure. This is pathetic! Massage therapy session costs close to $200 and you can't take decent shower after the treatment. Extremely disappointed. It almost felt like the management didn't care about quality services during off season (September).

Absolute Paradise – Our Favorite Hotel in the World!
This is our second time staying at the West End Conchal, and it truly remains our favorite hotel in the world. We travel extensively and work in the aviation industry, so we’ve seen our fair share of destinations, yet nothing compares to this place. From the moment we arrive, we’re welcomed by the friendliest staff, and everything from the rooms and villas to the food and atmosphere is simply perfect. The beach is stunning, and we feel an incredible sense of relaxation every time we’re here. Our children adore the kids club, which offers a fantastic range of activities. One of our favorite experiences is horseback riding with Erik – he’s easily spotted in his blue Google shirt out front and always ensures we have an unforgettable time exploring the area. We usually visit in February, but this October trip might just change that! The weather has been absolutely ideal – no rain, perfect warmth, and much quieter than we remember. This place is magical, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Shout-outs for some five-star staff.
Shout-outs for some five-star staff: Steven "Paco": an amazing representative for the resort. If you meet him, count yourself lucky. Ruddy: an amazing leader of various Activities including On-Site Tours (e.g. hikes and bicycle rides) and Yoga. El Gallo: Fun pool-side bartender who was dedicated to making us delicious "virgin" benerages while being fun and engaging. Roberto: both at the Italian restaurant and the buffet, he was professional, kind, attentive and skilled--so much so that he saved the kitchen from a racoon. Francisco: the cool and helpful driver; super fun and warm Kenny: King of Activities and one of the best activities leaders I have ever seen in action Eddie, Remy or Eric (I forget his name) at Faisanella made a fantastic suprise alcohol-free drink for us. Lily was kind and helpful. Many others I'm forgetting, but if you go, find these people and you will be delighted with their help and attention.
