I’m not here to rate the Westin hotel but to rate the starbucks team within the hotel especially Sierra, if I spelled it right. Her work was very impressive, she was making everything with a breeze…while helping her teammates ..
Maisha is the best. Highly recommend this property!
100/10 - highly recommend!! We have been traveling to Atlanta each January for the America’s Mart Gift show, staying at different Marriott properties downtown. Moving forward, we will only stay at the Westin. First of all, we cannot say enough good things about Maisha Martin. She went above and beyond to make our stay as easy as possible. We arrived at 8:30 am (after a 5:15 am flight) with an 18 month in tow this year. Crossing our fingers and hoping for an early checkin, Maisha not only was able to accommodate us.. but also recognized Titanium status. We ended up in the Westin Suite on the 70th floor. Not only were we able to check in early, but we had a phenomenal view with a phenomenal room. The extra space was so helpful with our toddler. He had free reign and could run the room while my husband was at the Market. Maisha is wonderful and thank you for going above and beyond for our family. Experiences like this is why we stay loyal to the Marriott brand.
No room is 8 pm no rooms cleaned yet for Westin it is inexcusable
We are platinum lifetime elite. We are staying in a premium hotel downtown attached to the mart. We had reservations a year in advance at westin still no room is going on 8:00 pm. This is in excusable for a Westin premier property. It’s ridiculous.
We pretty much stay exclusively at Marriott properties. This hotel needs complete renovation. Trash was in hallway for days. Carpets were filthy. Rooms were outdated and worn out. Mattress wasn’t comfortable. Elevators took so long we opted for stairs. Bellhop service took more than an hour to arrive at room.
Not a pleasant experience - the room was never cleaned due to the lack of people who can clean. Prob the dirtiest hotel we have ever been to. Will not go back. Really hope that they will address this issue in the future as we have always loved the Westin brand.
