Mr Arun …was one of the cleaners that I met every morning in the gym. Energy was good and smile was pleasant. Made my experience even more pleasurable as we shared a conversationand made me feel more at home. I will definitely be coming back again thank you very much. My stay was amazing. 🤩

This is my second time staying at Westin and It was a better experience than the first time. The location is prime, restaurants are decent and customer service is good. I do want to recognize Naveen from the coffee shop who was so efficient and very welcoming. Everything ran so smoothly when he was there so if he is not the manager there he certainly should be. Not to mention how delicious his lattes were. I also want thank Harry from concierge who was very patient and helpful when we were switching rooms. I was celebrating my 50th birthday and it was certainly a great place to be with 14 of my family members.

Beautiful Stay and Great Service
Our time at The Westin Grand Cayman was absolutely spectacular, largely thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel so well taken care of throughout our stay. The morning dining was a highlight every day. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, featuring a fantastic spread with fresh, high-quality options. We received exemplary service from Russell at breakfast, whose warm hospitality and impeccable attention to detail set a wonderful tone for the day. Additionally, Sanjeeva was excellent as the omelet chef at the breakfast buffet, crafting perfect, delicious omelets with a welcoming smile and top-tier professionalism. The exceptional service continued right down to the water. Donique and Dee at the beach were both absolutely amazing servers. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and proactive, making sure we had refreshing drinks and everything we needed for a perfect day on the sand. Between the world-class location on Seven Mile Beach and a stellar team like Russell, Sanjeeva, Donique, and Dee, this resort exceeded all expectations. We cannot wait to return!

Perfect Long Weekend
We stayed at The Westin Grand Cayman during the long weekend in September, and this was actually our third time staying at the property — which says a lot about how much we enjoy coming back. The location on Seven Mile Beach is fantastic, with an absolutely beautiful stretch of beach, gorgeous water, and a great pool area. The resort is very well maintained, and the staff throughout the property have always been friendly, welcoming, and attentive. After three visits, The Westin continues to be one of our favorite places to stay in Grand Cayman. A very special mention goes to Arun from the Housekeeping/Public Area team, who truly stood out during this visit. Arun took such great care of us and was always there whenever we needed anything. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, friendly, and consistently went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. What impressed us most was his attitude and genuine hospitality. He always greeted us warmly, was proactive about helping, and clearly took pride in his work. People like Arun make a huge difference to the overall guest experience, and he represented The Westin exceptionally well. Thank you, Arun, for taking such wonderful care of us and making our third visit to Grand Cayman even more memorable. The beautiful beach, excellent location, and resort amenities keep bringing us back, but it is exceptional staff members like Arun who make the experience special. We had another fantastic stay and will certainly be back. We also hope Arun receives the recognition he deserves for the exceptional service he provides!

An Phenomenal Time at a Beautiful Resort
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Westin. Upon arrival, Natalie was an absolute joy to work with. She was thoughtful, kind, engaging, resourceful, and committed to making sure our stay was excellent. She took her time. It was like we were the only ones in the resort. She even gave us restaurant recommendations. It was our first time, and she treated us with premier hospitality. Kadeen handled our bags. We had to change rooms, and he literally waited with us and then transported our bags. This blew me away. He even gave us restaurant recommendations and walked us through the resort. He hailed the best cabs and was stellar during the whole trip. Michael was the best server I've ever experienced. His quiet voice was his gentle way of making sure that you had everything you needed. I hope he's in leadership the next time we arrive. Sean was so pleasant, patient, kind, and so personable. Lawrence made sure that all of my allergies were considered as he served me omelets each day. He was so thoughtful and accommodating. Arun was engaging and personable while keeping the gym clean. I'm grateful for him. Sanjee was a sweet presence at the front desk amid her pregnancy. She was kind, thoughtful, and patient with us as we navigated different aspects of our trip. We are definitely going back as long as the Bonvoy points stay fair. It's an amazing place with beautiful water, amenities, and rooms. Thank you!
