    Quick visit

Very clean good drinks food at hotel was good enough to not have to go out much. I did not like the charge for parking. When I look at a place and ask about parking and they say parking available, they should stipulate they charge most hotels they go to if they’re parking and you stay there it’s free. I find it very bad customer service customer to charge people parking when they’re staying at your hotel unless it’s valet. I was $20 a day !! Other than that Very nice view very good staff staff very good food. Good entertainment at night in the bar.

    Loved SW Florida

Fabulous resort. Very clean with many amenities. Great location for downtown nightlife. Would have been nice to have microwave in room.

    We won’t be back

We were here for a much needed vacation. I will grant that we were able to relax as there was nothing to do at the resort. Everything was a LONG drive away. What made me give this hotel only one star was numerous things…1. No shampoo in the shower only conditioner and when I went to call the front desk…2. Out of 3 phones in our room, not one of them worked. 3. The washer was so loud we couldn’t even hear the TV. 4. Even on the lowest setting the dryer burned my clothes and they shrunk to nothing. 5. On top of paying for the room for the WHOLE week, we had to pay $127 for parking (would have been more, but we checked out a day early) and $294 for amenities. What? Everything that was included in the amenities was what every other hotel/resort has. There was nothing special about the amenities…a pool, and a gym, although, there was a dolphin cruise, but we didn’t go. This vacation became a money pit (we also had to pay tolls whenever we drove an hour to get to the beach). What made it so bad was when we checked out, we paid the $127 for parking and that was all that was on our bill. It wasn’t until we got home a couple of days later that I found the $294 charge on my credit card, which seems dishonest to charge it after we left. We didn’t even realize there was an amenity fee, as we were never even told about it at check in. If we had have known about an extra $421 on TOP of what it cost to stay here, we NEVER would have stayed. If you are going to charge those fees, just include it in the price of the room.

    Nice relaxing stay!!!

Been here before and we are back for business, relaxing and sunshine. Funny our room 1716 is the same room number from years ago and still looks the same when we left it. Ate at the lobby/rest for a quick bite and dinner the first night, great tasty, good sized wings to share, and two cheeseburgers with fries that was pretty good with the right additions and condiments, yum!!! We went to the pool which was small and crowded but refreshing to the body and soul. But please, if your family comes to the pool and your son decides to go in the pool, with a full body life preserver, and jumps in and splash's everyone and gets pool water in their drinks, and the parents don't do or say anything, come on man!!! Plenty of angry people in the pool. One of the best features in the hotel was the free 90 min dolphin watching boat ride from the dock. Nice clean open pontoon boat, with a cover, we did venture out to the river and did see numerous pods of Dolphins swimming freely. Great job by Captain Ellen and First mate Doug. Just register at the front desk and enjoy the ride. Overall, nice clean comfy room, bed is firm and good sleeping conditions. Hotel restaurant was a bit loud due to plenty of people there for what ever reasons. Plenty of free self inside parking, and a nice walk at the marina which has numerous shops and restaurants. And another great feature was the free golf cart shuttle from another water front restaurant called Hide Tides. Just stop at the front desk and they will get you a ride from the hotel to the eatery and they will drive you back. We got a great driver named Savannah, who made great conversation with us. A generous tip was offered to her!!! We will be back!!!

    Spectacular!!

Honestly the best place we visited in Florida on our vacation. This hotel has a spectacular view, really good fitness center, awesome pool areas and really kind staff that were helpful in many ways. We also enjoyed a free boat tour which was awesome!!
