  Don’t think twice, book the trip to st Regi kanai rivera maya, thank me later !

  My wife, daughter and I visited st Regis lanai Rivera maya, there’s nothing service was incredible and very professional, abilio, Josgart, made everything for so easy and convenient. I can’t thank them enough for the amazing service and experience they provided my family, I would recommend to anyone or family to come to this place. Everything here is perfect from the atmosphere to the food and the service. If your in the edge for deciding wether to come here or not, I am here to tell you do it and thank me later ! And if you so happen to run into abilio or josgart just know your in good hands !

  Great hotel and scuba dive

  This hotel was absolutely spectacular! Very modern and classic at the same time. So much lush wildlife and tranquil waters along with all the beautiful colored flowers and architecture. Really made this place amazing. My room was great as well however what really made this trip stand out more than anything was the staff. The gentleman who parked my car in the valet was also my butler for my room. He arranged a scuba trip for me as well. Captain Fuesto along with Ulisis The dive master, made my trip over the top spectacular. If they took me to two separate dive sites not far off the shore. Spectacular visibility, amazing fish and coral reefs. The boat right out was comfortable. But they also took care of all of my gear as well. They made sure I had the proper weight balance, they did a spectacular job making sure that my dive went smoothly even though it's been a long time since I dove last. I felt very comfortable and confident with these two gentlemen. The whole experience was excellent and I'm very grateful that I chose the St Regis.

  Family Spring Break

  The St. Regis Kanai was one of the most gorgeous properties we've ever visited — the hotel is beyond incredible and the design is totally unique. We had a double queen room for our family of 4. It was incredibly comfortable, sized well and the actual design was just amazing. We had read/been told that Toro was the place to dine, but of our 4 dinners on the Kanai property, we hands down, loved Duryea's Beach Club best. One day we ventured to the aquatic center where we went on a snorkeling tour with Edgar and his new captain whose name I sadly didn't get. They gave us an adventure of a lifetime...Cannot speak more highly of them! While the hotel was a hit, during our 5-day stay we had two days of rain, wind and clouds. During this time, the service declined as rapidly as the weather — the pool staff couldn't have been less interested in helping guests. No menus, no helping to set up chairs when it was dry and and just cloudy. Some staff (the hostess at Riviera whose name we sadly didn't get) were downright rude. Our final day was sun-filled and service was back to normal and excellent. Abilio stands out as one of the best servers we encountered. The other point of comparison we have down in Riviera Maya is the Rosewood Mayakoba and Kanai sadly doesn't live up to that property. Between biking and wildlife, it feels like the entire complex is a missed opportunity of activity. I hope that with the Mandarin Opening there in a few years, they consider expanding the amenities throughout the complex and making each hotel more accessible to one another. If we were going to return to RM, we would choose Mayakoba again over Kanai.

  The hotel dive company is Exceptional. Luis is an excellent guide. Great dive locations and very convenient.

  Family Time at Kanai

  The food and private beach are amazing. The beach activities are perfect and the suca diving is the best. The reef is a five minute boat ride from the beach!
