Lizmar at the front desk was a delight!!! Also Emanuel at the restaurant went above and beyond . My mom has dementia and he went out of his way to make sure she felt comfortable and had everything we needed’ you need more staff members like him! Hold onto to him he’s a rare one!

Apr 02, 2026Want to do more than eat and drink by the water all day? Look elsewhere
If you want to do more than eat and drink all day, find a different resort. This one has ZERO programming for kids or adults. They have ONE ping pong table, ONE corn hole toss set, and ONE connect 4 set for hundreds of kids. Yoga class? Nope! Arts and crafts? Nada! This is also the 2nd day they’ve been completely out of towels. For a resort that has a pool and beach -completely unacceptable. I’m not talking about once at peak time they ran out. I stopped by the only towel dispenser 4 times a day each time was empty. My kids are dripping dry all day long for over $700/night. The resort needs to break down and buy a few more towels. Positives: the concierge is fantastic and went above and beyond to assist. Housekeeping is also fantastic and our room was super clean despite a bunch of sand covered people staying in it. Great location, a bunch of restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

This place was not worth the price at all. The rooms need to be remodeled. The elevators barely worked. All the food options were mediocre but insanely expensive. There was only one bartender who didnt make watered down drinks. I had good experiences with maybe 3 or 4 staff members (door men and 1 waiter) over 5 days, otherwise it felt like they would rather spit on me than talk to me. The pool was always too crowded to even enjoy and you cant find a lounger, especially not one in the shade. The shop downstairs charges at least 3-4x normal price for basic food and hygiene items. Theres a cvs a block away thats a much better option. Honestly, just get your passport and go to a Mexican all inclusive if you're looking for a tropical vacation.

Enjoyed my stay so much!
Beautiful hotel with resort style and direct beach access behind pool area. Rooms are plush and service is top notch. Convenient location to stores, supermarket, and more. Only 15 minutes from airport. Great staff all around, but I especially want to highlight Dixy Rodriguez. She is front desk and is amazing at her job. She is royally fitted for this hotel and I hope she is recognized for that. I had a stressful situation and she was so sweet and accommodating. Thank you again Dixy!
