    The Edge was our NY Eve's highlight. What a way to bring in 2025.

    The service here was amazing. It started the moment we pulled in. The bellmen were so attentive and advised us on so much. This resort is so laid back. If you are looking to get away from everything, this is for you. We did a 3-mile hike right off the property.

    Amazing property!

    My son and I drove in from the Rose Bowl and once we arrived didn't leave. This is an incredible property. Not only is it breathtaking from when you walk in the door, but the service is perfection. From the valet, bellman, to the front desk, everyone goes above and beyond. We had 1 full day and just truly relaxed at the pool which was a perfect temperature and the spa. The food was outstanding and there is almost no need to leave. I highly recommend the Ritz Carlton Rancho Mirate!

    Excellent stay week between XMAS and NYE

    Very well run property. Spacious, clean, and modern rooms. Whether it be the pools, restaurants, or accessibility to hiking trails, the amenities are great, and the staff delivers great service with a smile, will definitely be back for another stay at the RC Rancho Mirage.

    Not even close to five star

    This is by no means a 5 star property. Rooms are way small and outdated. Felt dirty at the gym and spa. Food was absolutely the worst for a Ritz. I was unbelievably disappointed given the price point. Not five star at all. If you want five star this is not the place. 4 star.

    Expensive But Worth It

    Ritz was a perfect jumping off spot and soft landing for our visit to Palm Springs and surrounding We take an annual Christmas trip over the actual holiday and this year it was Palm Springs area As first timers to the area we didn't know what to expect and the Ritz was the perfect place to head out for daily adventures as well as a soft landing in the evening when we were ready to have some dependable creature comforts Hotel was clean and staff was highly accommodating and kind While the room was expensive the perks of quality service and quality associates we had the pleasure of encountering were genuine and thoughtful and made this trip worth the gift Keep up the great work! Thank you!
