Welcome to The Reserve, the new all-inclusive boutique resort at the Paradisus Punta Cana. This deluxe luxury hotel in Punta Cana has a spectacular swimming pool with water ritual as well as a children’s pool with slides. It also provides a YHI Spa, Family Concierge service, the finest dining, a private golf course, a fully equipped gym, and a fun Kids Zone with great facilities for children.
We also provide transport to the beach, and free access to all of the services, facilities and restaurants of our sister resort at Paradisus Punta Cana (except Royal Service areas).

My husband and I stayed at Paradisus for our birthdays. Although DR was beautiful, this hotel completely missed the mark. The room faced the pool, not the ocean. Kanna restaurant and beach club were closed our entire stay. The property later confirmed Kanna and the main buffet were closed for renovation works, which was never disclosed at booking. Dining hours were narrow with nothing available outside them, and we repeatedly paid out of pocket for meals at an all-inclusive. The bar Meliá’s own website advertised as open 24 hours closed around 10 p.m.; we were charged $104 for a bottle because nothing else was available. The advertised private Reserve lounge was never accessible to us, concierge service was unresponsive until we requested a change, and our spa credit, listed as “per adult” on our booking, was applied to only one of us. On checkout day the resort lost water property-wide and we were told there was no alternative and no way to shower before our flight. What concerned us the most was the response. When we complained, the property claimed it had no record of the water issue, then acknowledged the July 16 incident only after we produced the message from resort staff confirming it. It stated the bar operated until midnight, contradicting what Meliá’s own site advertised when we booked. It said the Reserve Lounge “remained available” throughout our stay, which was not true. It characterized our off-property meals as a dining choice we had planned in advance, which does not account for the other nights we left to eat. And it said it had no record of us raising concerns during the stay, despite messages we exchanged with resort staff at the time. Most of the individual staff we dealt with, were trying. The operations and the corporate handling were not. Verify in writing what is actually open before paying the Reserve premium.

Everything was great! The food, the service, and the people. A calm relaxing vibe. Everyone is so kind and helpful and the rooms are great. Our concierge Eriol was the best, always made sure we got what we needed and that we had a great time. The best resort!!!!!

I spend las weekend of October at the hotel. Since I paid pore than 250 USD/night per person, I expected a better varieties of food and better quality of drinks. The same menu ath the buffet restaurant the whole weekend and limited access to theme restaurants.
