Jordyn at the Jacquard is the best!
I have had the most wonderful experience with the Jacquard! I am coming off of a 3-day conference and staying a night in Cherry Creek and it’s been a long travel week! However, Jordyn went above and beyond to make my time here absolutely perfect. I arrived a bit early and she was able to accommodate me, she had all of the best suggestions on where to grab something to eat, and made my check in absolutely seamless. I only wish every experience could be this great! Kudos to the Jacquard for having such an amazing employee and thank you Jordyn for being so awesome! I will now make this hotel my go-to spot to stay anytime I’m in Denver.

Amazing customer service
Mason was amazing. The hotel was great. Amazing service. We had an emergency and the hotel in particular Mason was available to accommodate us and really helped us out in crunch time. They went out of their way to make our state pleasurable and it was truly an amazing experience.
Nice hotel in the heart of Cherry Creek
This was a very nice Marriott hotel in Cherry Creek, Denver CO. The front desk people and the valets were very friendly and helpful. The place was spotless and the room though a bit on the smaller side was super clean. However since we were given a handicap person room, every time we took a shower there was water everywhere in the bathroom so we had to place towels on the bathroom floor to avoid slipping. They provided two empty glass bottles which could be filled at the water fountain outside in the corridor. This was thoughtful and environmentally friendly.
No longer my favorite
We've stayed here before and really like the location and the pool. That said, this will likely be the last stay. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it is really beat up. Scratches on the floor, furniture and bathroom fixtures make this room seem like it has seen much better days. Also hate the bathroom. What is the deal with the toilet being behind a clear glass door. What's the point? The pool was nice and our kids enjoyed but some of the deck furniture is also ripped and needs to be replaced. They need to figure out the elevator situation as well. 2 if 3 were working but one was used as "facilities" elevator. At times the elevator simply wouldn't stop on your floor as the staff would bypass. So while I'm a Marriott elite member I will likely choose another property in the area for future stays.
