Denver Trip
1 Week stay.Front desk staff, housekeeping and restaurant staff exceptional.Kitchen was accommodating in vegan dietary requests.Rooms well appointed, beds comfortable, appreciated the shower (caution with the pointed direction of the hand held spray)but not the visibility from the toilet to the shower. Glass doors in BR did not seem practical. TV glitchy but improved with new remote from maintenance.Hotel parking expensive instead parked free on the street from 7PM to 8AM than payed hourly when necessary. Sunday parking is free on street. Great location, neighborhood is safe and upscale. Mall and many restaurants close by. Great experience at art museum, entertainment complex and Nocturne jazz club, RMNP and Garden of the Gods.

Nice hotel, unfriendly employees
Pros: The Jacquard was a nice hotel situated in a very walkable area. There were tons of restaurants and shopping places nearby. The rooms were clean. I really enjoyed Vero water filling stations. I am someone who drinks a ton of water, and this was a very nice feature. Especially the fact that it chills the water! There was a nice fully stocked mini bar in the room as well. The hotel itself seemed to be a bit on the smaller side. I did not get the chance to enjoy the rooftop because of some private event so that sucked. Cons: The one thing that can take away from a hotel’s “nice-ness” and luxury aesthetics is bad customer service. After a few hours of flying and eager to get settled, I went to check-in and there were 3 employees at the front desk and ALL 3 were rude for no reason. Just straight attitude! I’m not sure what was going on, but I did not feel welcomed. Maybe they pick and choose who they want to be nice to. My other con was parking.. it is $65 a night. That’s a bit insane. And it is valet only. This was my first time visiting the Denver, CO area and I plan on staying somewhere else next time. It’s unfortunate that employees still fail to realize/underestimate how bad customer service can ruin someone’s experience.

Good choice for a team offsite
It's a good hotel with comfortable beds, friendly staff, and really nice views from the rooftop when the weather allows. Water stations available 24/7 are quite convenient. The only thing they should improve are the elevators. During my stay only two out of three were in service and in morning and afternoon hours getting to the ground floor was taking forever. Apart from that little thing, everything was fine. Oh, the hotel is located in a nice an quite area where, unlike in most places in the US, even some sidewalks are available, which is a perk.

Great experience.
Fantastic service from Tino, he was super helpful and fun! Good food and atmosphere - watched football at the bar! Also enjoyed donuts, omelet, tacos and beer. Thanks so much for a great time at the Narrative!

Weekend Stay
Prior to my stay the hotel concierge proactively reached out via text asking about my arrival and I so glad they did. I was supposed to arrive at 8 pm but due to flight delays I didn’t arrive until after mid-night. I appreciated the ease of being able to communicate via text with prompt responses back and most importantly to be reassured my room would be available no matter what time we arrived. King Room was decent size; wished they had suites at this hotel. Room was quiet, could not hear any neighbors, doors slamming or hallway noise. Bed was comfortable, bathroom counter had ample space, large plush bath towels and good water pressure. There was a water filing stations on our floor, they did offer glass bottles but they looked to delicate, so we used our own. Opted for the breakfast as my welcome gift. It was a $40 daily credit for anything off the menu. Breakfast was very good with a good variety of choices. There is a roof top bar and pool, we did not use the pool, but it looked nice. We did take a look at the Rooftop Bar menu and it wasn’t for us. Everyone interaction with the staff was with a smile with a willingness help. Hotel is located in an area that is walkable to restaurants and shops. Felt very safe walking in the evening and leaving the car on the street. Saved $65 a night by opting to park on the street. It’s free from 7pm to 8am daily and all day on Sunday. I was able add money to the meter via a website for $2 an hour with 3 hours max per purchase. This was trip number 7 for this year and this was one of our better stays this year. I would recommend staying if you are planning a trip to Denver.
