    First class, great location, pleasingly quirky.

    Everything - pre-stay communication, baggage handling, room service, concierge, front desk, and the room itself - was outstanding. We were upgraded to a suite, which was large and fantastic. The staff kept surprising us with treats - a bouquet of flowers, an eyeglass cleaner (delivered on a silver tray no less), and finally a bottle of Prosecco and a fruit tart. Only one night, sadly. One of our best hotel experiences ever, and that’s saying something. Highly recommended.

    Outstanding Hotel

    Fantastic, quirky boutique hotel. Stunning bar and restaurant with great food,atmosphere and staff. Superb location for the centre of Lisbon and close to Metro which is super cheap and easy to use. Would definitely stay here again. A big thank you for making our anniversary so special.

    Unique and charming hotel

    We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which had plenty of space for our family and was very comfortable. We loved the beautiful common spaces and enjoyed a delicious dinner at Rocco. The service we received was excellent and my children loved the candies left in the room for them. We would definitely stay again if back in Lisbon!
