    A lovely hotel in the heart of Union Square.

    A great hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. We were upgraded to a king suite because we were staying for a week.

    Very good central SF hotel with great service.

    We loved staying at the Handlery. Our room was on the same floor as the pool and it was very nice to have a swim. Our premier room has two queen beds. We were upgraded from two full double beds. The cleaning staff does a great job cleaning daily. Hot water was good. The room was cool enough. You can tell that even premier room is dated but it is quite larger than we expected. The bathroom is in good condition and a decent size. The reservations lady was super nice. She called me back when someone cancelled on her premier room and I wasn’t expecting that. The location is perfect. You can use the O’ Farell St exit when you leave the premier building. Just take the elevator to the garage. This hotel is an excellent value.

    Donot book with them

    Mediocre front desk service , premier room was less than the chains, old and ordorous, the promise free cancellation and then they dont honor it! Will ask Delta to remove it from promotion. Not worth the price!

  • AdvisoryDue to a recent San Francisco ordinance, we will be having to perform maintenance on our building’s Geary St. façade starting mid-November 2023. The working hours will be from 8am to 5pm, Monday-Friday. During this time, there will be scaffolding erected on the Geary St. façade. To avoid any disruptions to our guests, we have placed all these rooms off-market. Rest assured we do not anticipate any disruption to your clients, as all guests will be placed in rooms away from the façade.
  • AdvisoryParking: on-site valet parking at $62 per day plus tax with free in and out privileges. Parking rates are subject to change. Additional charge of $10 for oversized vehicles and SUVs will apply. The garage ceiling is only nine feet. Guests are responsible for paying all parking and incidental charges they incur.
