A great visit
Just an amazing property. The views are incredible from the south the west. The pool is setup perfect for this location. The breakfast was delicious and options changed each day.

Best resort in Cabo
The Cape is truly the best resort in Cabo! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely fantastic — the vibe, the food, the suites, and the service are all on another level. The atmosphere is both luxurious and laid-back, with incredible attention to detail everywhere you look. We celebrated our honeymoon here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Every moment felt special, and the team made sure our stay was unforgettable. We’re already counting down the days until we can come back!

Rooftop Sunsets! 5/5
GORGEOUS hotel and staff was wonderful! The Hyatt globalist breakfast was wonderful! We ate at the Ledge for breakfast for our entire stay and Miguel was attentive and kind. The pool was nice and heated- not too warm or cold- just perfect! The view of the famous arch from our balcony was so special. We were welcomed with a bottle of tequila in our room. Every attention to detail will definitely keep us coming back to this resort. The food was SOOO good, Fernanda at the concierge desk was kind and helpful. She helped us book a sailing excursion and even provided towels for us to use during the excursion. The drinks were quality and the sunset from the rooftop was unmatched! We liked watching the surfers in front of the hotel. The hotel is a short taxi ride away from the marina and downtown area where we grabbed dinner most nights. The staff went above and beyond during our stay. BEST hotel we have stayed at in a long time. Thank you Cape for making our vacation special!

Relaxation and Celebration at The Cape
The Cape Thompson strikes that rare balance of feeling boutique—small enough that you quickly get your bearings and never feel lost—yet large enough to avoid ever feeling crowded. You get the sense that every part of the property was intentionally designed, and it shows. ✅ Rooms I stayed in an ocean-view suite, and it was exactly what you hope for in Cabo: spacious, modern, clean lines, and a view that reminds you why you booked the trip. Housekeeping was consistent, attentive, and respectful. No issues at all. ✅ Dining & Drinks I didn’t get the chance to try Manta, but I ate multiple times at: The Ledge Sunken Bar Rooftop Room Service Overall, the food and drinks were very good—no real complaints. Just good, well-executed meals and cocktails throughout. ✅ Gym The gym is on the smaller side, but fully capable. Treadmills, stair master, Peloton, free weights, and barbells—all the essentials to keep a routine going. ⭐ Staff Shout-Outs The staff is what really elevates this property. Angel — The Ledge: Outstanding. He took care of us during breakfast and noticed our curiosity about local dishes, bringing complimentary bites for us to try. Attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to providing a great experience. Bernadette — The Ledge: Extremely kind and warm. She made our final breakfast especially memorable by going out of her way for us. A great example of thoughtful hospitality. Reyna — Front Desk: Fabulous welcome. She greeted us warmly at check-in and even offered to show us available rooms before we chose ours—above and beyond. Made us feel valued immediately. Hugo — Pool: Great service, attentive without hovering. He kept things running smoothly by the pool and made sure we had everything we needed to relax.
