Jul 07, 2025Beach Views and Five-Star Help from Terrence
My view of the beach from the Sonesta was absolutely stunning, exactly what I was hoping for. I had a small hiccup with the AC, but Terrence from engineering came up right away and had it cooling in no time. He was professional, polite, and quick to get things sorted. Really appreciated the prompt service. Great stay overall!

Our valet Ford was amazing. He greeted us each and everyday with a smile. Professional bit also friendly!!! He got us in and out with perfection.

Upon checking in, we were told that there were no rooms available. You would think that they would send an email or call you if there’s no rooms available. I booked this reservation in March and I’m not sure how they ran out of rooms when I had two reservations. They asked us to wait in the lobby and we waited for about 30 minutes before a manager came and somehow was able to find rooms for us. One of our two rooms had a horrible screeching sound coming from the AC all night. Someone was sent to fix it and was unable to so we had to deal with it for the nights we were there. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Check in front desk
Sem greeted us at the front desk. He made sure our check in was smooth. We got early check in and he helped us book and activity. He was super friendly. He was very knowledgeable.
