The hotel itself is very nice and accommodating room was very nice as well. The restaurants we did not try. The food court at circus circus was not good. But the real complaint was the self parking, Very tight. Very difficult to get in and out of. Very unfair to paying customers. We were put through such a difficult situation. Do not understand why so much parking space is reserved for valet.

Peace of Mind
I enjoy my privacy so I usually check in thru kiosk and check the no housekeeping while there. I did however need towels in the middle of my stay. And this one housekeeper I met in the hallway was very helpful and polite. I wished I had gotten her name. Nevertheless. Everyone is always kind. Thank you.

I gambled and lost at least fifteen hundred dollars at this casino while I stayed there for 4 days. The room is mediocre at best, toilet broken coffee pot broken.... But the deal breaker for me was when I bought a bonus, and the bonus never appeared.... the manager came over and was extraordinarily insulting. Bottom line, they stole forty dollars from me, and was extremely insulting at the time.....will never in this lifetime stay there again......or vist on my business trips.
