Unwelcoming to Religious Latinos
My church group which is primarily latinos has been using the Sheraton in DTC for years. I was informed that "new management" had changed their policy on how they accept payment and therefore cannot accept our group. Our group has reliable paid for years. Our group has always paid at the end of our retreat and not before. No one will let me contact management.
This is a good hotel in a great location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The was very clean and had numerous amenities on the property to include a bar, restaurant and Starbucks. There are countless dining and shopping choices near the hotel. I highly maker recommend in Hotel if you’re staying in the Denver area.
Find ANYWHERE else to stay
Total incompetence all around. Screwed up my reservation when o added a day, requested toilet paper three separate times and did not get and request housekeeping twice and they showed up while we were getting ready to leave for the evening.
Old but Good
The hotel is dated early 2000 but solid. Beds could use an upgrade. Service was a outstanding. Super friendly. Has Starbucks in house and in room. Needed a room change for preference not issues and was done-np. Over look the popcorn ceiling. It is a good stay. Close to everything in Denver. We would go back again.
The Best Customer Service On This Side of the Mississippi
This hotel was the best one I’ve stayed at in a long time, in addition to the clean rooms, hallways, and lobby, the staff was absolutely amazing. Every single member seemed happy to be there and happy to help! They all went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice, safe, and exciting stay in Denver ! 10/10 would recommend staying here in your travels !
