    Things to note

    This hotel appears to be in transition of ownership to Wyndham Only one of two elevators appear to be working The small café is closed The restaurant is barely open during lunch and dinner hours There are two computers in the lobby and they asked about them and they said they’re not working, I thought this was a Tech hotel :( They have no reasonable food for snacks only candy and chips from Costco for five dollars item Otherwise seems very quiet in the gym is good The lobby and restaurant are very quiet as there aren’t very many people here There is an IHOP next-door, but Thier rating is not good on Yelp

    Steer clear

    I did not stay at this hotel because of their pet policy, and they were very rude about telling me about the no cat rule. They said I would not be charged because I was not staying, but they charged me anyway. When I called to get refunded, they said it was a late cancelation and hung up on me.

    Not what we expected! Was a Sheraton...now under Wyndham Hotels.

    Made reservations for 2 rooms. 2 people in each with a King Bed. We checked in, went upstairs and it was 2 Queen beds. Got room changed but now we were not next to or on the same floor as our friends. Next Room was very warm and would not cool down. They sent someone up and he cleaned filters. Trying to give it a chance to cool, we stayed. Miserable night. Next morning told them we would be gone most of the day so pls look at it again. Reassured us they would. But all they did was turn down the thermostat! Again, no fix. Ended up moving rooms again. A/C was good this time. But TV didn't work and neither did the room safe. Then the next morning a knock at the door at 7:50am. Housekeeping wanted to know when we were checking out!! Seriously! Stayed in lots of hotels before but that takes the cake! No manager on duty, just a supervisor of some sort that wasn't much help. Still haven't gotten any Wyndham points yet for the inconvenience. Btw, our friends room was a Huge Suite..yet we paid the same thing. Go figure. Not to happy! With the standards that the Wyndham group has, this one was very disappointing. Lots of hotels to choose from in that area, so check them out first.

    Viviana at the Wyndham DTC is one of the most polite, professional, and genuinely kind staff members I’ve encountered in years of traveling. They are incredibly lucky to have her. She makes you want to come back and recommend the hotel to others simply because of the way she smiles, welcomes guests, and is always eager to help. She has a way of making the entire front lobby feel warm and inviting. She is truly a gem—both as an employee and as a person.

    Superior service by Monica

    We missed our connecting flight and unexpectedly needed to stay a night in Denver. Monica was most helpful and understanding of our situation. We didn’t have our checked luggage with us and so we had limited supplies.. but she made sure we had needed basics to make our stay comfortable. We are so grateful for our excellent experience at this hotel!
