Has gone down hill…
I’ve stayed here probably 10 times, and have noticed a marked decline in quality during my most recent stay. Most notably, I was told that the member’s lounge is now closed, and no longer providing breakfast to Platinums and Titaniums. For my money, the Lounge and the accompanying breakfast and happy hours are really the only reason to choose a Sheraton brand, so this is upsetting. Westins have more comfortable beds, but no Lounge, so I often accept the downgrade in room amenities for access to a Sheraton Lounge. Upon check in I was thanked for my Titanium loyalty, but was then assigned an accessible room, which was bottom of the barrel and in need of an update. The days of being upgraded to the sky view rooms seem to be over, unless you reserve them, and the regular rooms aren’t what they once were either.

Staff needs Training and Property needs Renovation!
We love to stay at Sheraton. It is one of our favorite Marriott brands. The checkin was great. We are BonVoy Titanium and usually get a nice room or suite. We were placed on the 4th floor in their standard room, which was fine. We are aware that there is not always an upgrade available. The hotel is older and tired. The carpets are not great, nor is the furnishings. Still ok, we have stayed in lots of hotels and they aren't all new. It was late the first night and we opted to ignore the AC/Heat thermostat that was non-working. The next day we made them aware that it didn't work (no power at all) and that we needed some towels since there was no housekeeping provided. We left the hotel and came back later that night. There were no towels. I had to go to the desk and get some. The AC/Heat thermostat had power now but still would only heat the room. We put it on COOL and the temp continued to rise in the room. Finally we turned it off and dealt with the temperature as it was. We had arranged a 4 PM checkout, one of the perks of BonVoy Titanium. The next morning housekeeping was knocking at our door at 8:45 AM yelling "housekeeping"! I went to the door and told them we had a 4 PM checkout. The guy went on down the hall and knocked all the doors. I could hear him all the way to the end of the hotel and then on the next floor as well. An hour later he knocked on our door again, still calling out "housekeeping"! I yelled through the door that we had a 4 PM checkout and he left again. Two hours later he was back again and I yelled again that we had the late checkout. When he came the next time my wife went to the door and told him (again) that we had the 4 PM checkout. He held up two fingers and said "2 PM?" She held up four fingers and said "No, 4 PM!" He left for the fourth time. I don't blame the housekeeping man. He obviously didn't speak much English and no one had instructed him not to knock loudly all the way down the hall yelling "housekeeping". It was more in line with something you might find at a low end budget hotel, not a Sheraton. The hotel is near the airport and we were pleasantly surprised that there was no airport noise. The staff we dealt with were cordial and even the housekeeping guy was nice, just untrained and no supervision. We had some late nights there and were trying to use the 4 PM checkout to catch up on sleep. Although it should have, it did not work at this Sheraton.

Unwelcoming to Religious Latinos
My church group which is primarily latinos has been using the Sheraton in DTC for years. I was informed that "new management" had changed their policy on how they accept payment and therefore cannot accept our group. Our group has reliable paid for years. Our group has always paid at the end of our retreat and not before. No one will let me contact management.

Good Stay
This is a good hotel in a great location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The was very clean and had numerous amenities on the property to include a bar, restaurant and Starbucks. There are countless dining and shopping choices near the hotel. I highly maker recommend in Hotel if you’re staying in the Denver area.

Find ANYWHERE else to stay
Total incompetence all around. Screwed up my reservation when o added a day, requested toilet paper three separate times and did not get and request housekeeping twice and they showed up while we were getting ready to leave for the evening.
