    A vacation at the Sheraton Buganvilias is a must in Puerto Vallarta

    Again, a great vacation experience that we highly recommend. The Malecon is a short walk from the resort. We stayed in a 1 bedroom and enjoyed the gorgeous view. The resort prides themselves on cleanliness and safety. The staff is very friendly and provided impeccable service. Pamela, the Hostess at La Villita is not only efficient and friendly, but always smiling making you feel welcome. Then there are the Activity Directors, Mariana, Jimena and Luis who do a great job and make the activities offered a lot of fun. They are a great asset! We will be going back again and hope to see you there.

    See you again!

    Loved this place, glad we tried it. We usually stay at a resort a few blocks away and so we decided to try it here. Some of the restaurants were closed due to being low season but we got enough to eat. The food was good and be sure to attend the Sunday brunch buffet. Staff were excellent and so were the drinks. Loved the pool area too. Fun nighttime music with the bands - really liked this.

    Great experience

    Had a wonderful experience with the activities team throughout my stay. On a day I was around the pool Luis invited me to join in to an activity of bracelet making! Was super fun activity and something I could take home with me. Have had a wonderful time throughout my time here and the staff have all been wonderful and inviting!

    Great experience

    Had so much fun! Made bracelets with Luis by the pool as a keepsake to have forever to remember our trip! Played volleyball by the pool, enjoyed all of the activities by the pool and the bar was great as well! Looking forward to doing more activities with Luis by the pool!

    Fantastic service

    Orlando was on the breakfast buffet the days I stayed at the resort. He worked with a few different team members but stood out. His service was amazing. All The staff have been amazing. The poolside staff always attentive. The concierge always there waiting to help. The maid service was outstanding. I highly recommend the Sheraton in Puerto Vallarta
