SERVICE IS 5 STARS, RESORT IS 4 STARS
Our favorite part the stay was Charles, who does service at the beach and that says a lot, because there was a lot to love about this resort. He was so kind and worked so hard every day we he was there with us. I still miss him bringing me a coconut with rum and a side of lime wedges in the afternoon. It was the hardest part of coming back to real life. Lol. Be sure to tip well. He deserves it, and so does the rest of the staff who were beyond wonderful and accommodating. They know how it should be done and they do it. Hats off to them! Also, don’t forget to bring cash to tip the guys who set up the beach chairs for you. That was a nice luxury to have when you just want to put your stuff down and relax. Everyone there works so hard. As a couple traveling with no kids I will mention-this is a VERY family friendly resort. There is also no hot tub, so hopefully I will spare you the sadness I felt only finding out it doesn’t exist when you are cold and looking for it! The resort is awesome. The beach is great too. A few things keep it from feeling like an actual 5 star hotel for me, though. We had a 1 bedroom suite. There was a suite next to us which we shared a foyer with. The walls are THIN!!!! The kid next door was fond on meltdowns and we had to endure the screaming as much as his parents did. Not a great way to wake up and have coffee on the morning. It was maddening. There were a few details as far as the appearance of cleanliness goes (stained things) in our room that also keep it from being a 5 star experience. The housekeeping team does a great job, it was more a matter of things that need to be replaced because they have obviously seen a lot of use. The service and beach make up for the few shortcomings by far. It was a great vacation and I didn’t want to leave-but I did want my room neighbors to leave. Lol.

Disappointing service
Staying at Seven Stars currently. I almost never write reviews, but felt compelled to write this one. The service is truly disappointing for the level and price point of this caliber of hotel. Unless you are going to pre-tip extremely generously, you will not get good service. Once in a while you will get someone who is friendly, but for the most part the staff appears to be miserable and they give you attitude unless you pre-tip.

Treated like Family
This was our 4th trip to Seven Stars and it gets better with each return trip. Fresnel at the beach and Don at the pool were so wonderful; they made sure that all of our needs were taken care of. The entire staff was just so friendly, we can't wait to go back again.

Really lovely resort in Turks
Check in was nice - cool towels and rum punch. Room was fine, we did Island View Suite - would upgrade for ocean view next time. Child was fine on pullout. Turndown service was good plus an extra check in visit on first night, that was thoughtful. Offered towels and water. There was no flat sheet on the bed we had to ask for that. The guys who cleaned our room, though were really really nice. Reusable water bottles in the room plus a mini kitchen so we were able to get groceries and snacks, etc. You can walk to the grocery store across the street. Expensive but good variety and had wine, liquor etc. Primary bath is small. Need another mat by sink. Primary closet small-awkward layout. Swapped out feather pillows. Robes, slippers, etc in main closet, which had more room. Tv is super complicated and service limited - Bad timing in March w basketball and the Oscars! I know others have mentioned this - I hope it gets addressed. Kitchen good. Auto Shades good and darkening! Hallways were very loud and walls were thin. We had this shared suite type set up which is loud and awkward - we could hear the next-door folks really loudly for the entire trip. We shared one main door and an entry, then we split off into two other suites - I feel like this set up is best for groups/large families —-not strangers. Bar service at the Deck restaurant is better, friendlier and more timely than table service. Food was very good. TVs, etc. good view. Very casual dress at dinner. Lots of people in swimwear. $8 Turks Head draft beer was tasty but not cold enough for me. The portions are large! After the breakfast buffet, we weren’t super hungry and felt like maybe the waitstaff was annoyed that we shared plates….but we just don’t eat that much! Very good service at Farm Restaurant , iffy chicken tenders, good food otherwise. Fun atmosphere, tvs, good photo spots/decor for the teen to take pics. Champagne vending machine. Cornhole. Had small plates for Monday dinner after boat. They didn’t mind at all that we shared entrees and they allowed substitutions. Loved our sunset cruise so much. Cancelled pricey dinner and did this instead. Boarded at Ritz next door. Other people on boat were nice and the crew was awesome. Open bar and heavy appetizers. Went briefly to casino at Ritz- small but fine - other couples were nice. Entertainment is present but low-key at Seven Stars- they had music every night, but it was usually just one person singing with a microphone and a computer. Without a car, that made things kind of boring after dinner for the teenager. I was SO glad that we were not at the place across the street because on weekends it is SO loud, until well past midnight. Around Monday or Tuesday, we asked the house cleaning guys to come at a specific time so they would be there while we were gone and they were really great about following that guideline. We left them small tips every day. St Pats dinner - walked to Danny Buoys. Fun and loud. DJ and lots of decorations. Our server was so prickly and unfriendly though. Better spot for bar/drinks than dinner - but sliders were ok. No reservations needed. Easy walk from resort to restaurants and shops in this area. Excellent pool and beach. Water is so beautiful and chairs are nice. Windy. So windy at beach that sand was blowing in our faces. But otherwise stunning. We did notice that there were some people in chairs nearby who had “day passes” and they weren’t the most polite. We reserved lounge chairs every morning for the adult pool- this was such a great option - preferred to other resorts where there was just a kids pool- Quiet and warm water. Resort had floats for everyone! Wednesday boat ride again with Lady Grace Catamaran. Joined another family from home and about 20? Other people. 10am- 2:30. Rough water for snorkeling, but still so fun. Lots of fish but less wildlife than all our other island snorkel experiences ( no rays, turtles, sharks. squid etc) Excellent visit to Iguana Island (little water cay?) Gorgeous beaches, tons of iguanas, soft sand - kids waded SO far out on Caribbean side. Floated and swam on Atlantic side and diving off boat and slide. So much fun and we got a ton of great family photos. Trip highlight. Open bar after snorkel and good lunch. They’ll offer to provide plain sandwiches, veggie/vegan etc. in advance. super nice crew. Coco Bistro/Cocovan for dinner near resort. Beautiful and good atmosphere. So pretty. Casual - good music and bar drinks super fast. Yummy food - good burger, fish steak fries and again, great photo ops for tee . Walked from Seven Stars. Lots of kids. Shopping on rainy Thursday. - fine - lots of gift shop options within walking distance Stuck our heads into pot cake place to see the dogs. Those poor things. They were closing for lunch so we didn’t stay. Stingrays Social crowded due to rain. Very hard to find. But tons of tvs and games like pool and darts. Rain made breakfast very crowded at Seven Stars. They were turning people away and sending home with to-gos - because outside seats too wet. Great breakfast buffet though and dual egg station (no long waits!). The servers are lovely and the manager was really helpful and kind. Fresh food and large variety. Finally got tv to work for basketball Thursday and then watched during dinner at the Terrace- Seven Stars restaurant but slightly off property. Good bar food. Teen had ice cream. Spouse and child are very plain eaters. * all restaurants let her order off kids menu Friday - relaxed checkout around noon. It was so nice that we didn’t feel rushed out by the resort. Called cab for just our family. Airport was a zoo, rain made it worse bc upstairs outdoor was wet. We didn’t do fast track but it was fine. ** would definitely return. Would upgrade room/view. Would probably rent a car - some popular Turks restaurants and experiences were not in walking distance (Conch Shack etc) Teen ranked SS over recent trips to Antigua and Grand Cayman. We loved having adult pool and kitchenette. I kind of missed having a complimentary tea/manager’s cocktails/a cocktail hour. Seven stars might be too big to offer this, but it was something that we have experienced at every recent trip to a Caribbean resort at this level in the last decade or so ….. it is a really nice personal touch that was missing here. Im sure there are reasons. It might interfere with check-in folks, but it would be nice if they had afternoon tea or rum punch in the lobby area. We will definitely return and have shared our positive thoughts with our friends and family who may join us!

Great hotel, ideal location
We had a wonderful stay at the Seven Stars Resort. The location is ideal. Located on Grace Bay, we walked to many restaurants as well as shopping on the strip. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great, there’s an omelette station, pancakes, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal. We always had more than enough beach chairs and umbrellas as well as lunch service at the beach. Charles is absolutely amazing! He was so pleasant and professional, always with a smile on his face. The beach is beautiful. Highly recommend this gorgeous island.
