The Seven Stars definitely lives up to its name!
We stayed at the Seven Stars for 5 nights in an oceanfront junior suite. We received an amazing welcome from the reception staff who quickly took our bags, gave us a local cocktail and then showed us straight to our room even though it was before check in time. The room was amazing with views of the ocean and an exit straight on to the beach and pool. We ate in all the hotel restaurants and the service and food was first class every time. The hotel is in a great location, near to bars, restaurants and other hotels so we were able to venture out a couple of nights and also watch the premier league football. The pool (especially the water hammocks), sunbeds and service were all excellent. We have stayed at lots of hotels but this one definitely lived up to its Seven Stars name. Turks and Caicos and the Seven Stars is now in out top 5 holiday destinations in the world! Highly recommended.

Fantastic Stay
From arrival to departure, our stay at Seven Stars was fantastic. My wife and I (mid-50's) are so bummed that it is over. We stayed 8 nights during the last week of April and were so impressed, that we cannot wait to return. First off, congrats to Resort Manager Bela Govindjee. You don't get to your position of the best 5 Star Resort in Grace Bay without being the best at your job - thank you. We touched down at 2pm and the hotel arrival process was efficient but not hurried. The team makes your arrival enjoyable with a rum punch and smiles everywhere. We were given a wonderful overview of the property and into our room by 3:45pm. (That includes all of the airport needs of immigration, baggage, and taxi to hotel) We booked the King Jr Suite Oceanfront and were delighted to be on the 7th (top) floor in building 1 (Alhena). The room was more than plenty for two people that included a huge walk-in closet with more than enough room to accommodate us heavy packers. A nice kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, and Nespresso machine. The bathroom was very spacious with double vanity, a huge shower, a toilet and bidet, as well as a make-up table and chair. The main room has a beautiful and comfortable king four poster bed. Also included is a nice work desk and two chairs to relax in. The terrace...the terrace was furnished with two chairs and a table to enjoy meals, as well as four lounge chairs to view Grace Bay. The staff - the staff were all friendly and very helpful. When off property for dinners, we did notice that some locals and servers were not overly friendly, and some were just rude. Not at Seven Stars though, everyone is uber friendly. We tend to stay most of our days poolside, that includes walks on the beach and swimming in the ocean. I have to make a special call out to a pool/beach assistant named Fresnel. That young man works very hard and always has a smile. He is there before 7am setting up and seems to work close to sunset each day, so he puts in very long hours. For all of us that utilize their pool and beach set-up service, please make the extra effort to tip them well. Charles was our poolside server that always provided us with our beverages and any other needs throughout the day. Charles works very hard in the hot sun and you can tell he takes pride in his work. The only minor suggestion for the whole stay was the pool deck that looks out into the beautiful Grace Bay. Looking at that amazing blue water is mesmerizing, and it is the money shot. However, the deck should be raised up just enough to look over the fence line that separates the pool from beach. For all of the days we stayed poolside, we ate lunch at the Deck Restaurant. The menu has plenty of variety and a couple of items that were our favorites. We loved the jerk chicken wings, the deck burger, the spring role, and the mahi mahi tacos. The servers were all great, but we were lucky enough to have Josenel take care of us more than a couple of times and he was superb. If you can, ask to be seated at a table with his service. We ate all but two dinners off property. The two dinners we ate on property were at the deck! The reason being, the view is special and we fell in love with the Meat Lovers pizza. It sounds so crazy to say that at a resort and island of this caliber, that we really liked the pizza. But we did. Every night when we returned to the property from dining off site, we came back to the Deck Bar to have a nightcap and enjoy NBA and Hockey finals. The bartenders Brennen, Chidley and Peter were a joy to meet and fun to engage. We really appreciated Chi's (Chidley) service. A couple of the nights, we arrived just before last call and he made our Expresso and Chocolate martinis with a huge smile. I am sure he wished we would have ordered a simple drink, but no, we did the complicated - and he was so polite. Thank you for the enjoyable experience, Chi. We are not breakfast eaters, but all raved about the included breakfast. We did get to experience an omelet on the day of our departure, and it made me think I made a mistake by not taking advantage of this breakfast opportunity. Needless to say, we are going through Seven Stars and Providenciales withdrawals now. I cannot say enough good things about this trip, and we cannot wait to get back.

Perfect in every way!
Perfect in every way. I would have liked the menu at the beach to be a little more varied and healthy with fresh smoothies perhaps...that would be amazing! But really thats just splitting hairs...it was an incredible stay and we hope to return some day.

Best Service Hands Down
From the minute we walked in, until departure, the absolute best service we’ve received in all of the Caribbean! Every single person smiled and was welcoming, which is not as easy a task as expected Free to go travel bottles to complimentary coffee to offering to change out our mattress for a more comfortable one, the staff exceeded all expectations!!! The room was immaculate! Outdoor space a plus, especially for sunsets before dinner! We really could not think of one negative comment, with the smallest improvement being more airflow at lunch, while sitting at the deck. Which, a windy day would have resolved that issue. Book right away!!! Hands down better than Antigua, Anguilla, Caymans, etc We are already scheduling our next visit!

A great hotel/resort - amazing customer service, accomodations and location.
Best hotel we've ever experienced. Why? Service is everything to us. The employees from housekeeping to management were often smiling and asking how they could help us or if there was anything they could do for us. The employees could not have been friendlier and more customer service oriented. How some remembered our names was special. The housekeeping staff did the most thorough job cleaning our room, and the person who took care of us on the beach ensured we had a great location, and got us set up by the beach each day the minute he saw us coming. The person serving us drinks and food on the beach was Johnny on the spot and made sure we were given very nice pours. The hotel room (a one-bedroom ocean view suite), was a 10 out of 10. They will give you a different bed if you don't like yours. They ended up giving us 7 different pillows. The balcony was big. It had a 4-top table, a lounge chair, and two comfy chairs with ottomans and it had good protection from the sun most of the day. The kitchen was so well-appointed. They even have a wine chiller and state-of-the-art dishwasher. There was a family room, dining room for 6, laundry, and a very large bathroom with an extra large shower and jacuzzi tub, (which was quite enjoyable). The ocean view from our room was stunning. There are bikes on the property for you to use at no charge and they give you two metal drinking bottles (you get to take them home). A lot of bang for the buck. It sits on grace bay and it's not a crowded area. You can swim in and enjoy the ocean. We floated on rafts that we brought, every day. They also supply rafts and all kinds of non-motorized watercraft for free. My only complaint, but it's not unusual to experience this at nice hotels in the Caribbean, is the cost for a drink (a glass of wine or a margarita is $15) and the food is pricey as well (the burgers are twice the price compared to what we would pay for a fine burger in Chicago).
