Jan 17, 2026The Ultimate Vacation
We have been to Secrets Puerto Vallarta many times for a reason. It's a great place to be pampered, fed great meals, served wonderful beverages, and enjoyed fun entertainment with a staff that realy cares. It is very hard to leave when you have a vacation like this. The staff really makes this resort so impressive, from the cleaning staff all the way up to the various managers work on making your stay the very best. Special shout out to Adrianna and Fabiola at UVC, Rodolfo Preferred Bar, Joel Entertainment, Alejandro and Fernando (who we've know 8 years) at the Pool Bar all who go overboard to make sure you are taken care of. We can't say enough about this resort.

Jose Becerra
We had an amazing time!! Everything in this resort was to the highest standard. Our butler, Jose Becerra was incredible! He took care of everything. Every day he would check in to make sure everything was to our liking. He scheduled dinners, spas and excursion. If you goto secrets in PV make sure to ask for Jose!!

24th Year Anniversary excellent experience.
Jimmy was excellent. Como Esta? Francesco in the Italian restaurant was an absolute joy. He was very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent. We came with a group of 18. We celebrated two birthdays and an anniversary. The Romantica/Malecon area are absolutely safe to venture out and explore. I had the best apple pie ever at a place called Roberto’s in Malecón.

Great resort and top notch staff!!!
Wonderful vacation with family (parents and adult kids). Food was excellent, always entertainment in the evening and the staff was top notch. Adrian and Marnay at the Market Cafe took care of like we were VIPS. Knew us by name, what we liked to drink and just very personal. Big thanks to them! Something we will remember for years to come.

My husband and I went for our honeymoon. While the resort was plenty nice, our room stunk like mildew, the unlimited vacation club salespeople were so pushy and annoying, and the food was subpar. It’s a great place to come if you also plan to go into puerto Vallarta, we felt safe and it was close enough to the city to take a long walk or short taxi there. The staff was friendly and great. The main disappointment was the salespeople and the food only being half decent.
