Secret Tides Adult Resort exceeded our expectations, HighTek rooms, Cleanliness throughout the Resort, WIFI throughout Resort as well, no wrist bands! Courteous friendly staff, Buffet and Restaurants had an assortment of delicious choices and condiments! Caesars made with Clamato Juice Eh!!!! We would highly recommend

Our stay at Secrets Tides Punta Cana in February 2026 was absolutely incredible and turned into one of the most memorable trips we’ve ever taken. From the beautiful property and relaxing atmosphere to the outstanding service, everything felt first class from start to finish. What truly made this trip so special, though, was the people. A huge thank you to Juan, our bartender, who was one of the highlights of our stay. He was friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. He remembered what we liked, kept the drinks coming, and added so much fun to our days. Great bartenders can really elevate a vacation, and Juan definitely did that for us. We also want to recognize Maria, our butler, who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that we were taken care of the entire trip. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel truly valued and spoiled in the best way possible. And a very special shoutout to Andreas. One of the best parts of this vacation was the genuine connection we made with him. He was such a great person to get to know, and we became real friends during our stay. In fact, we still talk now and then even months after being home, which says everything about the kind of person he is. Meeting someone like that on a trip is rare, and it made our experience even more meaningful. Secrets Tides Punta Cana gave us more than just a vacation — it gave us amazing memories, exceptional service, and friendships we still value today. We would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and unforgettable getaway. We cannot wait to come back.

Top Notch Destination!
This beautiful new resort hit all our marks for a great couple's vacation! The layout of the resort is fabulous, the beach front is amazing, and the amenities are top notch. We have been very happy with our Secret's vacations, and this one did not disappoint!

Was a fantastic experience Our concierge Mickey was absolutely the best. The restaurants were accommodating. The Pools were clean and refreshing. The beach was outstanding overall a wonderful trip.
