An amazing Experience!
This trip was nothing less than absolutely amazing. 🥲 The Resort was clean and well maintained, the atmosphere was inviting and quite comfortable for the duration of our stay. The poolside service provided by Nadia and Maria was exceptional, they always came with a smile, their delivery was very responsive, and we were very sad to leave after a very quick week. Definitely 5/5 in my book!

Relaxing with great food and service. The spa was also wonderful. The only reason I did not give it a 5 was because we were attached to Breathless and as a Secrets, it was a little more rowdy than we like but there was plenty of quiet spaces. Here are some staff who made our stay extra special: Daniel and Gibian at the secrets pool Raquel at the spa Trini our fitness instuctor

Amazing relaxing week at Secrets Riviera Cancun. The resort is clean, beautiful and well maintained.
Spent 1 week at this beautiful, well maintained resort. The Secrets side is more laid back and relaxing while the Breathless side has a more party atmosphere. The staff is amazing. They go out of their way to welcome you and attend to your needs. We loved Luis at the pool. He was so friendly, funny and entertaining. The pool staff kept the drinks coming. We didn't have any issues finding lounge chairs. The food was very good, especially Rosewater. If the beach is important to you, this probably is not the resort for you. The staff kept up with the seaweed, but it was very rocky. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The only complaint I have is we ordered room service 1 day and our order never came. Had to call 2 days to get our mini fridge re stocked with snacks and beveridges. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

BOOK IT!!
The staff are absolutely amazing here. Room was great and kept super clean. Did not have a bad meal anywhere. Rosewater restaurant is an amazing perk for Secrets side. Shout out to Yesenia at Rosewater, Daniel at the Secrets Pool, Vincente at the Xhale pool, Antonia the bar tender, our Tony Moon. Thanks for the laughs and above and beyond service. We are in withdrawal.
