Our stay at Secrets Mirabel Cancun was excellent, and we especially want to recognize Isabelle and Francesco in the main lobby. From our first drink to our last evening, they treated us with warmth and care. They were attentive without hovering, quick with recommendations, and always happy to chat. It is easy to see how much pride they take in their work. Because of them, the lobby became our favorite place to relax. We would return just for their service.

We enjoyed our stay at Secrets Mirabel Cancun Resort & Spa overall, but there are a few areas that could use significant improvement, particularly when it comes to dining. The dining situation was disappointing. While the service was generally okay, navigating restaurant reservations through the app and working with the reservations desk was extremely difficult. We traveled with a large group and wanted to enjoy dinner together at some of the restaurants. We understand that seating availability can be limited, but the resort should have options to accommodate larger parties, whether through designated group dining areas or tables that can be arranged to seat everyone together. The reservation process through the app was not helpful, and when I went to the reservations desk for assistance, the situation was not clearly explained. Instead, I was directed back to the app, which did little to resolve the issue. Better communication and a more organized reservation system would make a significant difference in the guest experience. Food availability throughout the day was another area that could be improved. After spending time at the pool, we often wanted a quick snack or something small to eat. However, our options were limited, and we were essentially hoping the food cart by the pool was open. If it wasn’t, there could be several hours until dinner with very few convenient options available. The rooms in general being recently refurbished were gorgeous and some of the best rooms we have stayed in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but improving the dining reservation process, accommodating larger groups, and offering more consistent access to food throughout the day would make the resort experience much better.

Trying Coco Cafe is a MUST
Coco Cafe was undoubtedly the highlight of my trip. The warm and welcoming staff, combined with the exceptional quality of the coffee beverages they prepared, exceeded all expectations.

Impressive Resort- Highly recommend
Secrets Mirabel was a great experience. We have been to over 10 different Secrets resorts and this was in the top three. Customer service was excellent,it did not feel crowded, the resort is beautiful, definitely check it out.

We had a very relaxing stay. Food was great, spa was fantastic and staff was outstanding. Would visit again! Make sure to be ready for to dress codes for men as well! This is not a party place, it’s more relaxing! Beautiful sunset.
