  Relax Massage Secrets resort & Spa

  Have just had an amazing relax massage with Jennifer Peìez which consist of sounds & full body massage including your face and head. Felt fantastic and highly recommend anyone thinking of having one to definitely go ahead you will feel fantastic afterwards and so relaxed the best I have ever had. Thank you Jennifer

  Overall, a little disapointing for a 5 star hotel. Poor dress code in restaraunts in the evening. Entertainment varied from very good to very average.

  Beautiful resort with overall great staff and service.

  We've previously been to Playa Blanca Lanzarote twice before but this time we thought to try another part of the island. After a lot of research (and looking at reviews) we chose Secrets Lanzarote (at Puerto Calero) with a full inclusive package and with Preferred Club, Unlimited Luxury for 7 days. The location of the Hotel is very quiet as was the hotel overall at the time we went. Having gone 'Preferred Club' we had a really magnificent and spacious suite overlooking the Preferred Club pool - which was just two minutes walk from our room. Our room was well serviced and cleaned daily. our room had wonderful sea views over the Preferred Club bar. When at the pool service from the bar was exemplary. As was the drink menu for all inclusive. We frequented all of the main bars and restaurants where we found the drinks and service to be great. We frequented the World Cafe a few times and found the food range to be adequate. We had both breakfast and dinner at the Portofino several times and the food was excellent and sufficiently wide. We also went to the Preferred Club lunch at the Oceana - again quite satisfactory in terms of quality and quantity. In the evening we also went to the Bluewater Grill twice, where the food and service was excellent. A loverly atmosphere there in. Night time entertainment was nothing special but quite satisfactory for a hotel of this kind. We did not use the Spa or Gym so cannot comment on them. Service from the reception and staff overall was excellent. The only real criticism we had was that on leaving they wanted to charge us for our two visits to the Bluewater Grill. We resisted because we had specifically asked at both reception and at the grill itself as to whether our package (i.e. Preferred Club, Unlimited Luxury) included the restaurant, and we were told it was. After some haggling they did not charge us. So a result for us but disappointing that we had such confusion around what our package did/did not include. So (as they say) the $64,000 question: would we go again. Yes we would.

  Another Perfect Stay

  My partner and I recently spent a second holiday in two years at Secrets and once again we had a wonderful time. In fact, the reason we came back was we had such a good time the first time we stayed here that we were worried that if we booked anywhere else it would not match up to how good Secrets was the first time! This stay was even better. We purchased the Preferred Club, Unlimited Luxury / all-inclusive option, as well as a week-long spa pass on arrival. We were also very fortunate to receive a room upgrade on arrival. Secrets is a perfect resort if you are looking for a relaxing, quiet, holiday. It is not overcrowded, and there is a good selection of restaurants on rotation if you purchase the all-inclusive option. This means you never feel like you are offered the same options every day like at other all-inclusive hotels. The spa is a very worthwhile purchase too. It is a great way to spend a couple of hours out of the sun relaxing, especially in the morning or late afternoon. Arguably the best thing about Secrets is the staff. They are extremely friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Claudia at guest services / reception, Noemi and Laura who were often front of house at breakfast and dinner, Valeska at lunch, and Viktor in the sports bar. They all made our stay very enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Secrets to anyone who is wanting a perfect week away in a beautiful setting.

  Best holiday ever

  My wife and I had a wonderful 10 night stay here the staff were exceptional, food was amazing they must have the best chefs in all the restaurants , even the buffet was first class we both feel we’ve never been to a resort that is a five star all inclusive Thankyou
