Just returned from our 2nd visit to this fabulous resort and again not disappointed, the experience this time was as good as our first visit 2 years ago. The resort is immaculate with all areas well maintained by what seem an endless amount of staff. We would extend our thanks to all members of staff who all provide excellent service and hospitality with nothing to much to ask for. Would express special thanks to the following who made the holiday that extra bit special, Santa, Esperanza and Joseph from around the pool, La Diva always smiling and cheerful and Yenny from the lobby bar. Would also say a BIG THANKYOU to Jenfry our concierge who provided us with daily updates on the activities and was readily available to answer any questions we had. Finally would extend our congratulations to Jeison our concierge on our first visit who has now been promoted to a butler who we meet up with and would stop and chat with us. Once again a BIG THANKYOU to all the staff for making it a holiday we will not forget.

Would go again!
Beautiful stay. Service spectacular. Very clean rooms, areas and beach. Excursions longer than stated.. free shopping excursion a bust and wasted morning. Very attentive. High pressured for the Hyatt Vacation Club.

It's all about the people
Had a blast on our 30th wedding anniversary trip and also Lisa's 56th birthday. Awesome resort and a big shout out too ... Our Butler ... Alexis. Incredible and just a fine gentleman. Swim up bar guys... Jose, Manuel, Sandy were great every day. Housekeeper ... Frédérique. Our room was immaculate. Rosewater restaurant ... bartenders. Forget names, sorry, but they were wonderful. Preffered beach bar ... Cristian. (Radio) So fun and just a sincere and genuine young man. Lobby bar ... fun bartenders to say the least. Had us laughing every time. Food was great and overall the staff is what made the 10 day stay amazing. We were in 4303 Preferred room right on the beach. Worth every penny.

Amazing Honey Moon Vacation
My wife and I went for our honey moon. Neither of us have been to a All-Inclusive resort and did not know what to expect. It blew us away how nice the resort, staff, food and acitvities were! Alvaro is the best employee at the resort! Always had a smile on his face and I could tell he loved what he was doing! Great Experience and will definitely be back!
