    Be prepared to pay extras!

    Apart from being forced to pay $30 a day ‘Destination Fee’ is nothing least that extortion. Basically being made to stay in the hotel and use the Bar/Restaurant to redeem the fee. I have never experienced that in my entire travelling life and would not recommend this hotel to anybody. It was not made apparent at my time of booking that this was going to be charged or I would never have stayed there. This in my honest opinion is a deliberate act to deceive potential customers. I only found this out on arrival after 18 hours travelling and to then cancel and find another hotel at that stage would have been more hassle. Staff in the restaurant were rude and lazy!

    Not recommended

    This is the worst hotel I've ever been in San Francisco. Rooms are small without any view. Response to complaints is very slow. The water pressure is too low. There are much better options in San Francisco available. This hotel is not worth a try.

    Good shelter for heavy rain

    The location is perfect and the room is nice. It can be even better if there are bathrobes, slippers and extra glasses in the room. The Redfin restaurant is ok but you may want to try others too as they are quite close. 中国游客建议去别的饭店,除非你很爱吃西餐且愿意尝试各种新口味。比如他家的烤鸡翅也会有一种很独特的酱汁,慎点。

    This hotel was a huge disappointment. For the price the room was small but adequate. But the hallways were SO cold and the restaurant, which is in the lobby, was also freezing. The front door kept opening and closing which didn't help the temperature. I asked total strangers women and men, if it was just me. A group of men agreed with me that both the hotel hallways and lobby/restaurant were freezing. The location is good but I wouldn't stay there again. We supposedly had a group rate (there for a wedding) but the price didn't reflect that in my opinion. We heard great things about the hot fudge sundaes - they were delicious but $18 each!! And we are Bonvoy members but didn't get the coupon they had been giving out!

    Goes the extra mile

    Always a reliable Marriott! The staff here never disappoints and accommodates my every request!!!!! No matter how outlandish or bug an ask, they manage to ALWAYS get it done! Even some hard to get dinner resys were attained when I myself couldn't
