Shower pressure disgraceful
The shower was a disgrace-the pressure was a trickle! Lounge closed Friday to Sunday (!) apart from breakfast. Coffee in the lounge was like so watery and breakfast was mediocre. Otherwise a standard Marriott-I would avoid due to the shower.

Poor Experience
The main reason for my poor review is being charged twice for my stay and despite multiple follow-ups with the hotel staff this has not been resolved. Considering that this hotel is quite pricey this is no small amount. Location is good for the airport but it is extremely loud as the rooms do not have great sound proofing. Mixed review of the staff, some were great but others were quite dismissive. General decor definitely needs updating. Pretty disappointed overall and probably won't use the Marriott again.

Good for 5 nights but could be more
Stayed for 5 nights, comfortable room, shower power however was lacking, compared to other Marriott hotels I’ve stayed in. Restaurant food was good, would’ve welcomed a more varied menu for a stay of 5 nights but understand it’s tailored to those staying less time. Hotel gym could do with improvement, great to have a peloton bike however I had to restart it as the bike thought cables were loose, I bought my own peloton shoes with cleats from home but these didn’t fit (Strange as I use them at home) and the pedals needed some serious TLC as kept skipping particularly when standing. One other gripe, bedroom AC whilst adequate for temperature at this time of year, would’ve been awful as soon as it gets any warmer.

MOLD IN OUR ROOM
Hate to leave a bad reviews but... I travel a lot but have not seen a hotel in such a bad shape. We received the keys to a room on the third floor and when we walked in a horrible musty odor hit us like a ton of bricks. There is no way you can open the window that was so dirty you could barely see out of it. The AC didn't work. The furniture in the room was dated, some banged up and scratched. The sofa had crumbs on it, the carpet didn't seem clean. After searching for the cause of the musty odor, to our horror, we found mold (the size of two pillows) on the popcorn ceiling, that was crumbling to the floor!! After calling the front desk, a manager showed up with apologies, a baggage rack and keys to a different room. I had to negotiate to be moved to a room with the water view ($50 extra bucks that they eventually dropped). This time there was no mold but the air was stale and musty, AC barely worked. A technician was supposed to come take a look but never showed up. We had a view but again the window was EXTREMELY dirty!!! The one thing that was excellent was our comfortable beds with wonderfully clean bedding and fluffy pillows.

Great hotel for groups
We stayed here with a big group and the property was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of meeting spaces. The bar area was a great place to gather with friends and have food & drink. Staff helped us to get rooms near others in our group. Some restaurants were within walking distance.
