Good value hotel north vegas strip

Great hotel. Easy access to monorail for those not wanting to walk in 40 degrees. Pool open 10-6 was good but be there for 10 if you want an Umbrella. Uno mas a good place for a bite to eat with happy hour offers on beers. Overall good stay for a good price.

    My new go to hotel’

I absolutely loved this hotel. My flight got in after am and the hotel staff was such a pleasure and very understanding. The only thing I did not like about the room, there was a shade at the window that could not be opened. That was very disappointing because I had a room with a Mountain View that I could not enjoy because it that stupid shade with pictures of random people on it.

    Good hotel for business trip

Stayed for 4 nights in May in a Marra King room. Room was modern, a like dark but had plenty of outlets and a good desk. The hotel and casino are smaller than others on the strip but for a business trip it was just the right size for me and it was quick to get to self parking from my hotel room. Although I had a car it was also very convenient that the monorail was right outside. I wished there was a little more variety in mid priced restaurants but overall it was great stay. The free self parking was easy to get in and out of. I would stay again.

    Sahara security harassing disabled tourstsists

The security guards are rude, abrasive and from their conduct that I observed, are very eager to conduct themselves in a physical interactive overtone manner for absolutely no reasoning. One of their officers confronted me (I'm disabled and use a walker sometimes - which I was using at this encounter). The guard went so far as to threaten to handcuff me and give me a CT (criminal trespass), all for riding down the escalator from the Monorail station. I tried to call and talk with the casino manager and Sahara simply hung up on me after I had waited 20+ minutes on the phone. I couldn't believe it to be honest and when I decided to go back to speak with their security supervisor, the supervisor said that the officer was completely correct in his actions. I asked the supervisor if they made a habit of assaulting tourists and he said if they don't comply. Wow. I'm not going back to Vegas. Unreal, just unreal.

We arrived super late 1am on a Friday night. Both of us were super tired and just wanted to get a room. Leslie the asian lady at registration was super rude and unhelpful. First thing she said was your room doesn’t start until tomorrow. Then i said you might wanna double check the name. Then she said there are two same names which wasn’t true at all. After i cleared the confusion, she said theres an issue with our booking, and we have to call expedia. Then i was furious and said double check the name and phone number. Her facial expression showed she didn’t want to help us at all. I called to ask about my deposit back, after a ty, she hung up the phone, not even a 'thnx for your stay ' . RUDE PEOPLE, POOR MANAGEMENT!!!
