We went for a wedding. 40 people or so the resort is beautiful, clean and modern. Every staff member was smiling and greeted us at every turn. Always staff cleaning and taking care of the facilities. We were lucky to have two exceptional butlers in our Diamond Club room. A few dollars more but worth the perks. Benny and David, greeted us at check-in and I have never had butler service as attentive responsive or communicative as these gentlemen. Using WhatsApp morning greetings of the day and a reminder of their schedule and who was available.we felt like true VIP’s any request we had was granted right away. Benny and David thank you from our Family, we look forward to returning soon. Rm 3107

Great Girls weekend away
Location was amazing along with butler service with Luis and Nestor. It made the trip so relaxing and pain free. They went above and beyond to make it the best experience for my Sister in Law and my get away!!

Royalton Riviera
We recently stayed at Cancun Riviera with a large family group of 16 people, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. Traveling with a group this size can be challenging, but the entire staff made everything feel smooth, welcoming, and stress-free from start to finish. The level of customer service throughout the resort truly stood out and made our stay special. A very special mention goes to Luis and Ivan, the bartenders who went above and beyond every single day. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding. They consistently provided excellent service, remembered our preferences, and brought such positive energy that our family always looked forward to seeing them. They truly made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The resort itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and very accommodating for a large, multi-generational family. The food, drinks, and amenities were excellent, and we never once felt overwhelmed despite our group size. We would highly recommend Cancun Riviera to families, large groups, and anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable vacation. This was a true five-star experience, and we look forward to returning—hopefully to see Luis and Ivan again!

The hunter’s a la carte restaurant
Miguel and Luis at The Hunter were amazing!! They were attentive to our needs and food was super good!!

Convenient location about 30 mins from airport. The first day there were some hiccups, I paid for an ocean view and it wasn’t really an ocean view. I also requested 2 queens and was told there were no more queens so my adult sons shared a king. Staff would not go above and beyond gave a tip right off the bat. We did not tip the butler right away and we saw him the first day and never again. Check in was too long about an hour. That is unnecessary when you are there for a vacation. Food was good, the staff at Tex Mex and the Japanese restaurant were great. The sports bar is too small but everyone there worked hard. Although we asked for wings and were told they ran out but after us a couple sat down next to us and ordered wings and received them. The rooms are beautiful but could be cleaner. The lobby was beautiful and the people there were very friendly. We were in diamond club but our room was right next to all the events. It was loud but it was New years and there were events daily which was fine. Beach was beautiful but the pools are just too cold and no one is in the pool because it’s freezing.
