This was our third time at Hideaway in two years, and after this trip we will absolutely not be returning! My family, consisting of myself, parents, and brother, have been going to all-inclusives our entire lives, and this was the first place we liked enough to come back. I cannot emphasise how great the staff is at this resort-- the bartenders, housekeeping staff, vibe team, and wait staff are all fabulous. Special shoutout to Juan, Josemerlyn, and Rudy at the Hideaway Pool Bar, Mario at the Hideaway Beach Bar, Jennifer at the Hideaway lobby, and Jean Paul (aka JP Papi) and Yohanna from the Vibe Team. That being said, management and guest services were by far the worst part of our stay. And I'm not saying that lightly-- we spent three days laid up in our hotel room with stomach issues (the worst of what you're thinking). Upon speaking to other guests, we discovered that there were numerous others who also got sick with the same symptoms as us on the same day. When we reported our illnesses to the guest services staff, all they tried to do was get us to sign an NDA. All we wanted was for them to know what happened, and they were entirely difficult and unhelpful. Our interactions with them showed that they clearly didn't care about the wellbeing of us, and once we refused to sign the NDA they became entirely apathetic. We're very disappointed; it was a place that we looked forward to returning to repeatedly. We'll especially miss the staff I've named above, and the beautiful location of the resort.

Great Time!
We had an amazing My family and I stayed at the Royalton Hideaway for New Year’s 2025 and had an amazing time. The resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was great, and everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to our butler, Laura — she was absolutely amazing and made our stay even more memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

Family dinner .
All was very good . Staff/waiters really nice and helpful . There was a lot of options to choose from the menu . I really liked the taste of the white wine . Pizzas were great too .
