  Very Disappointing services

  Extremely Disappointing Diamond Club Experience – Poor Butler and Housekeeping Services Our experience at Royalton Diamond Club was extremely disappointing and fell far below the standard we expected, especially considering the additional cost of upgrading to Diamond Club. The butler service was very poor and lacked the attention, professionalism, and personal care expected at this level of accommodation. Communication was disappointing, requests were not handled promptly, and we often felt as though we were chasing staff for assistance rather than receiving the attentive service promised to Diamond Club guests. We didn't meet one butler until the pm of the third day. He had the nerve to tell us he had other guests. Housekeeping was equally disappointing. The room was not maintained to the standard expected of a resort of this caliber. They would not change soiled linens and would either hide soiled pillowcases behind clean ones or turn bed linens on the opposite side. When you pay extra for Diamond Club, you expect a premium experience where guests feel valued, looked after, and able to relax without constantly having to follow up on basic requests. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. It is particularly disappointing that both the butler and housekeeping services let down what should have been an elevated vacation experience. Overall, Diamond Club was not worth the additional money. Royalton seriously needs to review its staff training, service standards, communication, and accountability. Guests pay a premium for a reason, and the service should reflect that. Sadly, this experience has left us very disappointed, and we would think twice before booking Royalton Diamond Club again.

  Royalton antigua

  My Experience at Royalton CHIC Antigua 🌴 Our stay at Royalton CHIC Antigua was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. We stayed in the Diamond Club, and the service was absolutely outstanding. A special thank-you to our butlers, Coniah and Sharesse, for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The entire staff deserves recognition. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. Their positive attitude and willingness to help made us feel special throughout our stay. The hospitality was a solid 10/10! It’s the people who make a vacation unforgettable, and Royalton CHIC Antigua definitely has an amazing team. Thank you to everyone for making our vacation so special. We hope to return soon!

  A fabulous place

  This place is stunning. I mean it's absolutely gorgeous, spotless, the rooms are beautiful, the pools, the beaches are meticulously groomed and cared for. I feel like anyone who would complain about this place is a complainer and it just goes to show how the complainers destroy the scores of good places. You should come here and make the most of it. It's a spectacular vacation destination, this resort. It's everything I would have wanted in a resort. Unfortunately the app won't let me upload my asking pics. Their are HEIC and I can convert them all. But suffice it to say, you won't be disappointed.

  Royalton Chic Antigua is the worst resort I’ve ever been

  First day we check in bar cooler was empty, safe was locked so we have to wait for like half an hour for technician to reset it. First night dinner the food was moderate, we ordered a special lobster dish that cost ridiculously $90 (it doesn’t taste so good) that we thought it was $19 (we found out later before we check out). First night into showers, found out the shower handle was broken so have to use rain shower, shower gel and hand soap was empty, called room service, was given tiny bottles of body wash, was told that the resort out of body wash and hand soap refills. The top shelf whiskey are Jack Daniel’s and top shelf tequila are Jose Cuervo, the Antigua rum was alright, end up drinking Captain Morgan most of the time. Food truck serves good jerk chicken, nachos and burgers (11:30-4:30) Breakfast and lunch foods doesn’t have much of good tasty selection. Dinner the only good food are Oxtail (serve at Haven Grill once a week), the rest of the restaurants foods are moderate. The pool was lively on Friday and Saturday, the rest of the week was boring not much of activity. The beach has many seaweeds (poor maintenance) so have to use the beach at Sandals Resorts which is next door (very clean beach, no seaweeds and no mold on the chair or umbrella) So many cats around premises, some area has cat poop smells. Some of public restrooms have no hand soap and couple of the toilets the flush was broken. Stayed for seven days, on the third days was already have enough of the resort, the worst resort I’ve ever been, but too bad no change can be made so have to stay until the end, feeling so miserable at the resort, fortunately out side the resort got to enjoy the beauty of Antigua landmarks and it’s history. Would definitely visit Antigua again just not Royalton Chic.

  Yoga and views

  Had the most relaxing time. Really loved morning yoga with Eleina, perfect way to start the days on vacation.
