Beautiful place
I am here now just I have been to the Negril one too this place is special,people very friendly beach and pool area amazing food here is good the atmosphere and our room is great we did not get ocean view and the way I look at this way you do want to spend to much time in your room so much to see that to me is not a priority I Iwould come back adding to this went to the hunter steakhouse and instead.of ordering medium we ordered medium rare and it.a little under cooked.for so we kindly asked to put it under the grill a little longer instead of tha they gave us a new one. We never thought about again,then this afternoon we came back to our room and I noticed a fruit plate with a note apologizing about the steaks very awsome ❤️

Very Very Disappointed is an understatement
Came back from Royalton Antigua, to say that our room needed some serious TLC was an understatement, hand shower leaking all over the place, paint coming of the roof in the shower cubicle, on shower floor just like plaster of Paris, 1 bedside light didn’t work couldn’t replace it due to it been discontinued, the list just went on and on!!! ON THE POSITIVE SIDE Brandon and Coco, our butler’s were absolutely amazing, what an amazing pair BRILLIANT. Hats off to Brandon and his very best efforts to try and sort things out.

Nice clean hotel but could be much better
Recently stayed as a family of 4, and this is our 2nd visit to the hotel in the last 3 years. Even though we arrived just after check in time following a long flight, we were told the room wasn’t ready and we had to wait another hour and half. Visited the buffet the evening we arrived with two very hungry kids, chips had run out and all the pizzas. When we asked a staff member will more pizzas be coming out, we were responded to in rude manner saying that there was only one staff member doing the pasta and pizza, and no resolution of how long it will take to get more out. Ala cartes were ok, Italian was nice but bad experience in the steak restaurant. Booked table for 7.30pm, seated and then didn’t receive any drinks till 45 minutes later even after other later tables had received theirs. The steak was horrible, and they had no extra surcharge steaks left at all. We wasn’t diamond so had to queue every morning outside the buffet at 10am for a space in the restaurant for the following 48 hrs. App is never updated. Buffet variety always found very good, just not quick at re cooking/ making popular dishes ie poached eggs bacon chips and pizzas especially. You have to time it right we found after the 2nd day getting there just after it opened 6.30pm was best as we had no issues with the amount of food available. Nibbles was very good for lunch near the beach. Entertainment was not changed on rotation so we saw the same shows the following week. Im not taking away to how good the dancing team are but I found last time we visited much more variety of entertainment and local bands a few times a week. 90% of the staff are very miserable and poor attitudes, we found ourselves feeling like an inconvenience for asking for anything daily. We always ask with a please and thank you but was particularly bad at the pool bar and score. Some of the waitresses were the same and reception staff. At times we were left waiting 20 mins at the bar to be acknowledged when other people walked in and got served straight away?! Carleen is an absolute amazing asset to the hotel. She was always acknowledging us at the main bar if she was the only one serving 20 people. She is such a lovely lady! Room was fine clean, fresh bedding towels everyday and fridge was always re stocked. Pool area good and beach is lovely. Always managed to find sunbeds even after 6.30am in the morning. Kids loved going occasionally to the kids club and vibe team were all nice. We did have a lovely time, just a shame when you have spent so much money to not be treated at times with respect. Looking at previous reviews everyone else seems to have the same experience and issues than we did with some of the staffs attitude to guests. Maybe this will be addressed by management. We were asked to fill out a form but this was only on the 2nd day and I was watched while doing it by a staff member.

“Disorganized, Unclean, and Poorly Managed Stay
Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing. Service was consistently poor, and many staff interactions felt unwelcoming and unhelpful. There appears to be a lack of proper hospitality training, as staff often did not know how to handle basic requests or provide accurate information. A serious safety issue occurred during our stay: my 9-year-old and 6-year-old both ordered virgin piña coladas and were served drinks with alcohol. This is unacceptable and extremely concerning. Food quality and sanitation were also major problems. Food was frequently left uncovered with flies all over it. At a minimum, proper food covers or nets should be used to maintain basic hygiene standards. Housekeeping was also below standard. My bed linens were not changed during a 5-night stay. The resort’s systems and processes are outdated and disorganized. They are still using paper and pen for reservations, which caused confusion throughout the stay. There was also a major billing error at checkout. After dining with another family who paid an upcharge for steak, that same charge was incorrectly added to my bill. Fortunately, I had exchanged contact information with them and they were able to send me their receipt as proof. Resolving this took a significant amount of time and further highlights the lack of proper processes and organization. I spoke with at least 10 other families during my stay, and many reported similar or even worse experiences, particularly regarding service, cleanliness, and food quality. This property has potential because of its location, but significant improvements are needed in staff training, guest safety, food handling, cleanliness, and overall management.

Absolutely horrific experience- would not recommend to ANYONE
Our experience was horrible from the start to finish. Upon arrival, we were told there were no double queen bed rooms available( despite booking one ) and our family of 4. We had a queen bed only. We “ upgraded “ to diamond club and charged us 600 - to move to the diamond club check in and be told we paid for access not the full upgrade. So they charged us another 400. While sitting, they then explained none of the diamond club amenities were available that day and everything had to start the next day. The problems only escalated- to horrible, most of the time not edible food, poor customer service, quite frankly, totally useless, mosquito spraying without warning, no premium alcohol anywhere except the lounge and pool and at the lounge you have to make it yourself ! Wrong names connected to room numbers, no cabanas available.. the problems go on! Stay awayyy
