Spent a week with family, service personnel were all so friendly and always smiling and welcoming! Rooms were nice and clean, plenty of space! Big shout out to Vanessa our Marriott Bonvoy Liaison she make the stay seamless and always there to answer questions or help!

The resort was beautiful The food was average being kind The only restaurant with better food was not included and was so overpriced not à la carte. The customer service was Terrible. The swim up bar service was the worst. They are more accommodating to buying and selling drugs. Obvious with the drugs. We were woke up every morning the service trays stacking dishes at 5:00 am. Not friendly at all. Would not recommend this resort. We had private transportation and were told how all Americans were racist all the way to the airport. Everyone at the resort no matter the race complained about the customer service. It was a Terrible experience.

Would have given a 5 but 1 pool was shut. Staff friendly and we got spoilt for our birthdays. Hotel was always clean and staff on hand to help with everything. Food was good. We had amazing butlers, Marcus and Shauna Kay who looked after us very well. Beach was beautiful.

Got here yesterday, asked in advance for a room with a nice view, I had already paid for a bay view, which I got, but also a view of the roofs of the restaurants, which are not good. Asked to be moved as it is our 25th wedding anniversary to be told no, but the hotel is literally empty! Then this morning we walk to the beach to discover the main pool is closed and full of workman and not open…! Great! Just got back to the room and tried to book a restaurant for this evening… but when I asked a member of the team in the lobby he just said guest services closes at 5.00 and walked off. Attempted to use the app to book, but no bookings being taken or available… again the hotel is at best 25% occupied. I am still here for another 12 days so if the manager reading this wants to get in touch you’ll have my room number by my surname of this review. Went to Royalton St Lucia, this is not the same! Thanks for nothing.

Incredible
We went for a very good friends wedding and we had the most amazing time. The staff were incredible, especially a lovely lady called Beverly. She was so beautiful inside and out and so fantastic at her job.
