Did Yoga during their complimentary 9:30am class overlooking the ocean! Staff is super friendly! The resort is clean 2 story pools Parking and breakfast not included Close to walk anywhere southbeach Thank you for your hospitality!!!!!

Staff is great!
While the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very old and smell. We had to change rooms immediately because of mold/mildew in the shower that smelled awful. The food was terrific. Esther was our server and she made us feel like family. Christopher at the front desk was very welcoming and made our stay enjoyable. He interacts so well with everyone. Both Esther and Christopher made our stay feel more like home!

We had an amazing time during my father's birthday. Valentina and Davina from front Desk gave the extra mile to make everything perfect. Great location, good room amenities and the pool/beach access is very convenient for a great sunny day

HURRICANE MILTON RETREAT
When a category 5 hurricane makes you evacuate your home you are stressed out no matter the outcome. Nor only did we leave Sarasota Florida we brought our neighbors with us requiring 3 rooms and multiple pets. We decided Miami was the best place for us and that we should make the best of it . We hit the jackpot with Royal Palm. We have stayed their many times years ago so we knew where we were headed. Yes the hotel is showing wear and tear and I'm sure that since it is now owned by Marriott this will be addressed. What I want to do is compliment the staff. Many displaced Floridians made this hotel their home during Hurricane Milton and they took care of us all and helped eliminate some of our anxiety. Yes parking is a challenge, it's South Beach, but the location and amenities make it all worthwhile. I come to Miami often since I fly out of here going to Europe. I will make Royal Palm my new second home while here. The spacious lobby and outdoor sitting areas providing cozy lounging areas make it all more comfortable. A huge thank you to all of the staff that always greeted you with a smile and assisted us all with politeness during this difficult time.

Great location. Very friendly hotel! Pet friendly more than you can imagine. My dog made more friends than me! Great customer service. Christopher and Davina at the front desk are exceptional. They are smiling, listening to your request and find a way to resolve it. Even with a long line they never lost their cool. We were displaced from Sarasota due to Hurricane Milton. They make us feel at home.
