Run Down
It was horrible! I checked out didn't even stay! I had to book another hotel. You guys really need to take Better care of your property. All the furniture was worn down and dirty, I waited so king for my room by the pool that had mold all over the pool chairs and when I finally got to the room it was very dated, furniture was dirty, the view I was promised wasn't it! It was views of dirty buildings. I can't believe this is a Marriott hotel. I had to go pay a higher rate at the Cadillac hotel for comfort and clean accommodations.

Jude and Nate rock!
Came on a girls’ trip. Jude and Nate gave us a great view of the water, were so helpful with chairs, towels, and an umbrella. Hotel is in a great location, everyone is super friendly. Highly recommend this place!

The Palms in Miami Beach
This hotel is in a great location of Miami and beach access is great. However the Rooms are not in great condition. The look like they have not been updated or painted in years.Paint on the doors in bathroom. Handles not on doors in closet or bathroom. The convention food was surprisingly good.

It was fine
We were in Miami for the Orange bowl and stayed at this property. First of all. The property was fine. Nothing special. Nothing terrible. What left a terrible taste for us is when we did have an issue, we reached out to the GM. She was out of town. We continued to reach out after our departure. It's been 24 days and multiple emails have been sent and she flat out ignores us. We have pretty high status with Marriott. Apparrently she simply doesn't care. She doesn't seem to care about customer experience or any of it. That attitude will trickle down to employees.
