Such a letdown
So i booked this through Costco and it was far from good. First off as we checked in, we're hit with a 372 dollar bill for " cleaning services ". Not once was there anyone cleaning our room, changing our towels or linens. Included in this fee was 60 dollars for parking. Yet the hotel says free parking. The pool was bathtub warm everyday of our stay. Next the tvs and cable worked like crap. Bedroom tv only carried 6 channels of local high school sports and 1 channel in Spanish. The living room tv worked for 30 seconds before the picture froze and the voice continued on. Would not recommend this hotel if my life depended on it

Family Vaca
Great location. This hotel is right on the beach; however there is beach erosion but I believe this problem is being worked on. Our room 716 was very equipped. Had a wonderful view of the ocean. Slept with the sliding door open and we could hear the waves all night. Great balcony where you can sip to your morning coffee while looking out at the ocean. We got to see Whales from our room! Room has a kitchenette with everything you need. Also has a washer and dryer. Parking was 10 dls per night.

Perfect finale to great holiday
This condo was excellent in every way…quiet beachfront location with shops/restaurants within a few minutes walk. Views from our sea facing apartment were amazing… you could see the turtles swimming along the shoreline and the wraparound balcony meant you had a choice of being in the sun or shade , all with the same far reaching views to the other islands We had a 2 bed ocean view apartment , very spacious, all amenities, well maintained and very clean The beach was much quieter than other built up towns so we never had to fight for space/ loungers. Great location , a short drive from Napili up the coast and Lahaina downwards This was the perfect ending to our first Hawaiian holiday. Recommend getting an ocean view apartment for that real wow factor!

Building and Location Excellent, Ownership Questionable
The location is outstanding. The view from our unit on the 12th floor was spectacular. The unit in which we stayed, however, was another story. Not very clean, and in almost good repair, with a number of things barely working. For example, when we checked in, one bathroom sink wouldn't drain; a light bulb in one of the lamps was missing (!) It was semi-impossible to figure out how to get the TVs to work (and I'm "good" at that stuff) - there were no instructions. The sliders to the balcony were sticky and difficult to move until I cleaned out the tracks. There was a rag in the garbage disposal preventing its operation. The vacuum cleaner was so clogged with dirt as to be useless. To their credit, Chase-n-Rainbows, the owners, quickly responded to our requests. To their detriment, however, a $70 not-previously-disclosed parking fee was foisted upon us at arrival. Not right. Talk about hidden charges!
