As a family of 5 (twin 4 year olds and a 1 year old), we all had a great time. Facilities were clean, staff extremely friendly, and food was better than the reviews I had read - granted we primarily are at the buffet given our picky eaters.

The staff were fantastic. They put on an impressive Christmas display and supper. Kids club staff were amazing ( Grace was fantastic) rooms were above average musty, we were in room 12. The bathrooms have no fan so I see why over time this has caused the smell. I could hear the théâtre entertainment from my room, although it didn’t phase me I can see it bothering guests who like quiet. The bottom floor is not for you if quiet is what you desire. Overall it was great as RIU typically is, but I would say it’s in need of a renovation in the near future. Thanks

Amazing trip!! We had a wonderful time!! My grandson proposed to his girlfriend and she said YES!! Thank you!! The staff was amazing!! My door frame was broken but was fixed quickly

Love Riu Hotels!
Awesome place. The food was excellent. The only complaint I had was we couldn’t make reservations at the restaurants, they want us to stand in line for hours.

Family Vacation
Rooms and property very clean. Service was excellent. Diner menu could use some improvement. Shortage Lounge chairs near pools however chair always available on the beach.
